Bah oui, quand on lit les critiques de certaines recettes sur la toile, on constate que c&rsquo;est le plus grand d&eacute;sir de beaucoup. Parfois, il est trop dense&thinsp;; parfois, il est trop sec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t&rsquo;avouerai que mes premiers essais n&rsquo;&eacute;taient pas impressionnants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, pour compliquer les choses, mon v&oelig;u le plus t&eacute;m&eacute;raire &eacute;tait de concocter un pain aux bananes ultra sain, tout en optimisant la densit&eacute; nutritionnelle. Apr&egrave;s quelques ajustements et d&eacute;gustations, je suis fi&egrave;re d&rsquo;avoir fabriqu&eacute; quelque chose qui est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sans produits laitiers<\/li><li>Sans &oelig;ufs<\/li><li>Sans sucre<\/li><li>Sans gluten<\/li><li>Hyperprot&eacute;in&eacute;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d&eacute;couvert que la cl&eacute; pour parvenir &agrave; la parfaite texture, en tenant compte des crit&egrave;res exig&eacute;s, &eacute;tait non pas d&rsquo;ajouter de l&rsquo;huile, mais de la compote de pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et l&agrave;, succ&egrave;s&thinsp;! Ajoute &agrave; cela une bonne dose de croquant, comme des noix et des &eacute;clats de cacao, et tu as la bouch&eacute;e parfaite &agrave; te mettre sous la dent lorsque tu ressens un petit creux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"des-reponses-a-tes-questions-brulantes\"   >Des r&eacute;ponses &agrave; tes questions br&ucirc;lantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1611114899006\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><strong><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un pain aux bananes en fait&thinsp;?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Certains sont port&eacute;s &agrave; croire que, en r&eacute;alit&eacute;, c&rsquo;est un cake aux bananes, et non un pain comme son nom l&rsquo;indique. En fait, c&rsquo;est le bicarbonate de soude ou la levure chimique qui fait lever la p&acirc;te lors de la cuisson au four. On le trouve sous forme d&rsquo;enveloppes (comme dans cette recette) ou finement moulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&Eacute;clats de cacao ou p&eacute;pites de chocolat mi-sucr&eacute;&ndash;<\/strong> c&rsquo;est riche en magn&eacute;sium. En plus, c&rsquo;est un antid&eacute;presseur. Tu n&rsquo;auras aucune raison de te sentir coupable si tu prends plusieurs tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-faire-ce-pain-aux-bananes-etape-par-etape\"   >Comment faire ce pain aux bananes &eacute;tape par &eacute;tape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme il y a peu d'instruments et de gestes techniques, c'est la p&acirc;tisserie id&eacute;ale pour les d&eacute;butants. On combine les ingr&eacute;dients secs aux ingr&eacute;dients humides et verser le tout dans un moule &agrave; pain\/cake classique (28 cm) bien huil&eacute; (rectangulaire).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure conseils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des recettes de pain <em>&eacute;clair<\/em> (<em>quick bread<\/em>) sont faites avec des ingr&eacute;dients qui ajoutent de l&rsquo;humidit&eacute;, telles que la banane, de la compote de pommes ou m&ecirc;me des courgettes. Certaines d&rsquo;entre elles omettent la compote de pommes, mais fais-moi confiance, &ccedil;a fait toute la diff&eacute;rence entre une pr&eacute;pa s&egrave;che et une humide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&Agrave; propos des bananes : plus il y a de taches noires sur la peau des bananes, mieux c&rsquo;est. Les bananes plus m&ucirc;res sont plus sucr&eacute;es. Et elles sont assur&eacute;ment plus faciles &agrave; &eacute;craser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh, et pendant qu&rsquo;on y est, parlons des bananes congel&eacute;es. Je te recommande vivement de toujours en r&eacute;serve au cong&eacute;lateur. Tu n&rsquo;auras qu&rsquo;&agrave; les &eacute;plucher, les mettre dans un sac de plastique refermable et les glisser dedans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et quand tu voudras en utiliser quelques-uns, sors-les simplement. Mets-les dans un bol et laisse-les d&eacute;congeler &agrave; temp&eacute;rature ambiante pendant quelques heures. Cela ne prend pas longtemps. Le seul inconv&eacute;nient, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elles ont l&rsquo;air assez vilaines. Les options sont illimit&eacute;es.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Fruits frais : ajoute &agrave; la p&acirc;te 1 pomme coup&eacute;e en cubes, 125 g de petits fruits, comme des bleuets (myrtilles) ou des framboises, ou encore 200 g de morceaux d&rsquo;ananas. Pose une banane coup&eacute;e en deux dans le sens de la longueur sur la p&acirc;te avant de l&rsquo;enfourner.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une version hybride, mi-pain, mi-g&acirc;teau, d&eacute;core ta concoction comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Couvre le g&acirc;teau aux bananes d&rsquo;un gla&ccedil;age.<ul><li>Par exemple, avec quelque chose comme du <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/banging-no-bake-brownies-with-salted-caramel\/\">caramel sal&eacute;<\/a>. Dans un robot culinaire, m&eacute;lange &frac12; de dattes ou d&rsquo;abricots secs, &frac14; &agrave; &frac12; tasse de noix de macadamia, &frac12; tasse de sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable avec 1 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; caf&eacute; de maca et une pinc&eacute;e de sel. Elle contient d&rsquo;excellentes doses d&rsquo;om&eacute;ga-3 et de prot&eacute;ines pour bien nourrir l&rsquo;esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus, il y a des &eacute;clats de cacao qui sont sans &eacute;quivoque bons pour le moral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les variantes sont illimit&eacute;es.
