Mais parfois, apr&egrave;s cent jours routiniers de smoothies verts, j&rsquo;ai envie d&rsquo;avoir autre chose. Et mes hommes n&rsquo;en sont pas aussi friands que moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelque temps, la paresse avait embrum&eacute; mon esprit et je me suis mise &agrave; en acheter du commerce &ndash; mais du granola sain et fabriqu&eacute; localement, quand m&ecirc;me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, en faire &agrave; la maison est si avantageux : d&rsquo;une part, il est beaucoup moins &eacute;c&oelig;urant (tu peux doser la quantit&eacute; de sucre) que celui du commerce et d&rsquo;autre part, il est beaucoup moins cher&thinsp;! Mais vraiment moins cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, je ne plaisante pas quand je dis que ce granola est simplissime. Il est compl&egrave;tement d&eacute;nud&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a aucune huile fluide, aucune &eacute;pice excentrique, aucun &eacute;dulcorant sirupeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un petit d&eacute;jeuner humble et timide, mais qui est assez s&ucirc;r de lui pour laisser de la place aux saveurs chaleureuses des noix grill&eacute;es et de l&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si son extravagance est absente, sa richesse nutritive en om&eacute;ga-3 (noix de Grenoble, lin et chanvre) nourrira ton cerveau pour <em>&laquo; d&eacute;sembrumer &raquo;<\/em> ton esprit et bien commencer la journ&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"est-ce-que-le-granola-est-vegetalien\"  >Est-ce que le granola est v&eacute;g&eacute;talien&thinsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas d&rsquo;embl&eacute;e. Parfois, il l&rsquo;est, parfois il ne l&rsquo;est pas. &Agrave; la base, le granola est un aliment g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement compos&eacute; de flocons d&rsquo;avoine, de noix et de fruits secs maintenus ensemble par un liant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce liant est souvent du miel (non v&eacute;g&eacute;talien), mais peut &ecirc;tre un &eacute;dulcorant v&eacute;g&eacute;talien comme le sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable ou de riz, par exemple, ou bien dans son c&ocirc;t&eacute; plus obscur, le sirop de ma&iuml;s (hyper riche en glucose). Choisis-en sans gluten si tu as une intol&eacute;rance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noix de Grenoble &ndash;<\/strong> c&rsquo;est ta dose d&rsquo;om&eacute;ga 3. Tu peux certainement ajouter d&rsquo;autres fruits &agrave; coque. Elles peuvent &ecirc;tre combin&eacute;es d&egrave;s le d&eacute;but ou &agrave; la fin pour les conserver &laquo;&thinsp;crues&thinsp;&raquo;, mais tu raterais leur go&ucirc;t grill&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Graines de citrouille &ndash;<\/strong> le seul c&ocirc;t&eacute; sophistiqu&eacute; du granola. &Ccedil;a apporte une petite touche de couleur verte et du zinc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Graines de chanvre &ndash;<\/strong> elles sont de vraies petites locomotives. Quoique menues, elles procurent des prot&eacute;ines (beaucoup plus que les fruits &agrave; coque le feraient pour le volume &eacute;quivalent) et ta deuxi&egrave;me dose d&rsquo;om&eacute;ga 3. Les graines de chia sont du m&ecirc;me calibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Canneberges s&eacute;ch&eacute;es &ndash;<\/strong> ok, ce granola a un autre c&ocirc;t&eacute; sophistiqu&eacute; pour le pigmenter d&rsquo;un peu de rouge, mais surtout pour donner une touche acidul&eacute;e et de la douceur. Il est possible d&rsquo;ajouter d&rsquo;autres fruits secs, bien s&ucirc;r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raisins s&eacute;ch&eacute;es &ndash;<\/strong> idem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noix de coco r&acirc;p&eacute; non sucr&eacute; &ndash;<\/strong> euh&hellip; oui&thinsp;! Ce granola est davantage agr&eacute;ment&eacute; avec un peu d&rsquo;exotisme &#129303;&#128584;&#128541;. Tes flocons peuvent &ecirc;tre petits ou gros (pour une texture plus croustillante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lin moulu &ndash;<\/strong> &ccedil;a te nourrira avec la m&ecirc;me force nutritionnelle que les graines de chanvre (donc, ta troisi&egrave;me dose d&rsquo;om&eacute;ga 3). D&rsquo;habitude, je mouds les graines de lin pour conserver la fra&icirc;cheur, mais tu peux les achet&eacute;es d&eacute;j&agrave; moulues si tu veux gagner du temps ou que tu n&rsquo;as ni de moulin &agrave; &eacute;pices ni de mini-m&eacute;langeur pour les r&eacute;duire ainsi. Une fois mouill&eacute;, le mucilage obtenu servira de liant et concourra puissamment &agrave; l&rsquo;agglom&eacute;ration du gruau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beurre d&rsquo;amande &ndash;<\/strong> une autre colle, en quelque sorte, pour former de petits amas. Le beurre d&rsquo;arachide est &eacute;galement un bon choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compote de pommes &ndash; <\/strong>&ccedil;a contient de la pectine et assurera la m&ecirc;me fonction que les deux ingr&eacute;dients ci-dessus. Chose positive, cet aliment est l&eacute;ger, adoucissant et salutaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Les assaisonnements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extrait de vanille &ndash; <\/strong>ce granola est peut-&ecirc;tre simple, mais il aime un minimum de coquetterie, tout de m&ecirc;me. Dans ce cas, les &eacute;tapes et la m&eacute;thode de cuisson diff&eacute;reront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Pour un granola &eacute;pars...<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine les ingr&eacute;dients secs ensemble, puis les ingr&eacute;dients humides ensemble et enfin, le sec et l&rsquo;humide&thinsp;; &eacute;tale le tout sur une plaque &agrave; cuisson, fais cuire au four, ajoute les fruits secs &agrave; la fin (car certains morceaux peuvent fr&ocirc;ler la combustion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Pour un granola dot&eacute; de petits grumeaux...<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ordre des &eacute;tapes est un peu diff&eacute;rent. Les fruits secs doivent &ecirc;tre ajout&eacute;s au d&eacute;but. On doit bien remuer le mucilage de lin &ndash; le gel translucide et visqueux r&eacute;sultant du trempage pr&eacute;alable des graines de lin enti&egrave;res ou moulues dans de l&rsquo;eau. &Ccedil;a agira comme des blancs d&rsquo;&oelig;uf, LA colle alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, la gomme est ajout&eacute;e de sorte que les ingr&eacute;dients s&rsquo;agglutinent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On cuit le granola &agrave; une temp&eacute;rature plus basse (ce qui aide &agrave; s&rsquo;assurer que les fruits secs ne br&ucirc;lent pas), puis on le laisse refroidir dans le four &eacute;teint afin de lui permettre de s&rsquo;agglom&eacute;rer et d&rsquo;avoir un fini bien croustillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne faut pas remuer le granola &mdash; ou tu le fais tr&egrave;s peu &mdash; pendant qu&rsquo;il cuit, sinon tu briseras les amas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu importe la texture choisie, place la plaque de cuisson au centre du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi, j&rsquo;ai appris ce truc hyper g&eacute;nial d&rsquo;une autre blogueuse culinaire. Si tu veux t&rsquo;assurer que le milieu du m&eacute;lange du granola soit bien dor&eacute; et croustillant sans que les bords br&ucirc;lent, &eacute;tale la pr&eacute;paration sur la plaque de cuisson avec un trou au milieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"dautres-variantes\"   >D&rsquo;autres variantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M&eacute;langez, pimentez et cr&eacute;ez votre propre granola en utilisant les ingr&eacute;dients que vous aimez et que vous avez sous la main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr&eacute;parez un granola gourmand avec...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>D'autres noix : amandes, pacanes (noix de p&eacute;can) ou noix de macadamia ;<\/li><li>D'autres fruits secs : figues, abricots, pommes, bananes, mangues, etc. ;<\/li><li>P&eacute;pites de chocolat ou &eacute;clats de cacao;<\/li><li>D'autres &eacute;pices exotiques : muscade, cardamome, &nbsp;anis &eacute;toil&eacute;, gingembre, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Confectionne-le sans noix si tu es allergique &agrave; ceux-l&agrave;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute du sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable, du sirop d&rsquo;agave ou de la m&eacute;lasse pour l&rsquo;adoucir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute de l&rsquo;huile de canola, de noix, de noix de coco ou m&ecirc;me d&rsquo;olive pour un go&ucirc;t plus herbac&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"servez-cette-recette-avec\"   >Servez cette recette avec...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement, nous servons du granola avec des produits laitiers, mais pas dans notre cas ! Voici quelques alternatives :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/satisfying-almond-milk\/\">Lait (appel&eacute; de fa&ccedil;on politiquement correcte, boisson) d'amande<\/a>, d'avoine ou de de soja. Ce n'est pas tout le monde qui aime pas la boisson de soja (&#128587;&zwj;&#9792;&#65039;), mais cela vaut la peine de la s&eacute;lectionner pour sa teneur &eacute;lev&eacute;e en prot&eacute;ines et son apport enrichi en calcium et en vitamines, en particulier la vitamine D et B12.<\/li><li>Yogourt v&eacute;g&eacute;tal. Il peut &ecirc;tre fait &agrave; base de noix de cajou, de noix de coco, de soya, peu importe ce qui fait ton bonheur.<\/li><li>Fruits frais.
