Profond&eacute;ment savoureuse, cette garniture cr&eacute;meuse de pommes de terre te fera certainement sourire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ce plat est traditionnellement fait avec de la viande, les lentilles seront tout aussi exquises dans cette recette. Ce classique intemporel, maintenant <em>v&eacute;ganis&eacute;<\/em>, fera mouche&thinsp;! Toutefois, elle est particuli&egrave;rement savoureuse et elle n&rsquo;a rien &agrave; envier aux recettes carn&eacute;es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;elle est hyperprot&eacute;in&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas difficile de confectionner ce plat. Certes, il y a quelques &eacute;tapes &agrave; franchir, mais on peut l&rsquo;appr&ecirc;ter en plusieurs temps. En somme, tu fais le m&eacute;lange de lentilles, puis la pur&eacute;e de pommes de terre, tu assembles le tout dans un plat au four et tu l&rsquo;enfournes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve que le moyen le plus simple de pr&eacute;parer ce plat est de s&rsquo;y mettre &agrave; l&rsquo;avance. Donc, tu peux cuisiner plus t&ocirc;t soit le m&eacute;lange de lentilles, soit la pur&eacute;e de pommes de terre, soit le plat entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le troisi&egrave;me cas, couvre le plat et conserve-le au frigo jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce que tu sois pr&ecirc;t&middot;e &agrave; le cuire. Le go&ucirc;t sera tout aussi divin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&Agrave; la d&eacute;gustation de ce plat, j&rsquo;ai &eacute;t&eacute; terrass&eacute;e. La pur&eacute;e de pommes de terre, velout&eacute;e et beurr&eacute;e, enveloppait agr&eacute;ablement ma langue et quand mes dents ont fendu la premi&egrave;re couche, les effluves des lentilles affluaient jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; mes narines. Leur texture charnue me faisait tant g&eacute;mir de plaisir que mes yeux se sont tranquillement appesantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heureusement que j&rsquo;avais un peu de force dans le cou. Fais-les tremper la veille dans de l&rsquo;eau sal&eacute;e si tu veux les rendre plus digestes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Carottes<\/strong> &ndash; j'ai pris les carottes oranges habituelles. Mais n'h&eacute;site pas &agrave; utiliser d'autres couleurs pour varier.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Grains de ma&iuml;s frais ou surgel&eacute;s<\/strong> &ndash; tu peux pr&eacute;parer ce plat sans ma&iuml;s, mais tu &eacute;liminerais les pointes de douceur du plat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Petits pois frais ou surgel&eacute;s<\/strong> &ndash; tu peux &eacute;galement composer un cottage pie sans petit pois. Mais &ccedil;a vaut la peine de les garder pour doper ton apport en prot&eacute;ines.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e2ada9\">Raccourci&thinsp;! Tu peux acheter un sachet de l&eacute;gumes m&eacute;lang&eacute;s surgel&eacute;s pour acc&eacute;l&eacute;rer ta pr&eacute;paration. Par contre, tu n&rsquo;auras pas le go&ucirc;t d&eacute;licieux et concentr&eacute; des carottes revenues au d&eacute;but de la cuisson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Farine d'avoine<\/strong> &ndash; normalement, on utilise de la farine pour &eacute;paissir la sauce qui r&eacute;sulte de la pr&eacute;paration carn&eacute;e. Cependant, ici, on le fera pour resserrer et &eacute;paissir l&eacute;g&egrave;rement les lentilles ramollies de par la cuisson ant&eacute;rieure. Tu peux en obtenir en faisant simplement moudre des flocons d&rsquo;avoine dans un moulin &agrave; &eacute;pices. Pour une recette sans gluten, s&eacute;lectionne un produit sans &ccedil;a. &Agrave; d&eacute;faut d&rsquo;en avoir, reviens &agrave; la recette d&rsquo;origine et utilise de la farine tout usage (T55 en France).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Concentr&eacute; de bouillon de l&eacute;gumes<\/strong> &ndash; &ccedil;a donnera de la profondeur de go&ucirc;t et amplifiera l&rsquo;umami des lentilles. Prends-le en forme liquide, en poudre (mets 1 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; soupe de poudre dans une tasse d&rsquo;eau) ou en cubes (mets 1 cube dans 1 tasse d&rsquo;eau).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Cr&egrave;me moiti&eacute;-moiti&eacute; d'origine v&eacute;g&eacute;tale<\/strong> &ndash; habituellement, cet ingr&eacute;dient est fait &agrave; base de lait entier et de cr&egrave;me en proportions &eacute;gales, d&rsquo;o&ugrave; son nom. Pour le rendre v&eacute;g&eacute;talien, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/la-meilleure-moitie-moitie-vegetale\/\">on m&eacute;langera simplement une cr&egrave;me de noix de coco et un lait v&eacute;g&eacute;tal<\/a>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, j&rsquo;ai opt&eacute; pour du lait de noix de cajou pour sa richesse en mati&egrave;res grasses, ce qui est un avantage pour augmenter l&rsquo;onctuosit&eacute; de la pur&eacute;e. Si tu pr&eacute;f&egrave;res la commodit&eacute;, tu peux te procurer un produit du commerce. Cependant, garde en t&ecirc;te que s&rsquo;il contient des amandes, par exemple, il transportera ce go&ucirc;t dans les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"optional-ingredients-6be95306-6524-4d19-800c-fcf1f48a7131\">Les ingr&eacute;dients facultatifs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>L&eacute;cithine de soja<\/strong> &ndash; dans le plat traditionnel, on met un jaune d&rsquo;&oelig;uf pour produire une consistance tr&egrave;s cr&eacute;meuse. J&rsquo;ai pens&eacute; &agrave; le remplacer par de la l&eacute;cithine de soja. &Eacute;pais et dor&eacute;, ce liquide est constitu&eacute; de phospholipides extraits d&rsquo;huile de soja.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On l&rsquo;utilise pour &eacute;mulsifier ou homog&eacute;n&eacute;iser les mati&egrave;res grasses et recr&eacute;er le m&ecirc;me r&eacute;sultat que le jaune d&rsquo;&oelig;uf (en g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, on met 1 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; caf&eacute; pour 1 tasse du volume). Comme l&rsquo;intertitre l&rsquo;indique, cet ingr&eacute;dient est tout &agrave; fait facultatif. Celle-ci est essentiellement compos&eacute;e de diverses sauces acides avec de la sauce soja, de la m&eacute;lasse, du nectar d'agave et un m&eacute;lange d'&eacute;pices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Aromates &ndash;<\/strong> le romarin et le thym sont frais.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Sel et poivre &ndash;<\/strong> j'ai utilis&eacute; du sel casher et du poivre fra&icirc;chement moulu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-faire-cette-tourte-aux-lentilles-etape-par-etape\"   >Comment faire cette tourte aux lentilles &eacute;tape par &eacute;tape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne te laisse pas intimider par les ingr&eacute;dients. Comme je disais plus t&ocirc;t, tu peux t&rsquo;y mettre &agrave; l&rsquo;avance. Tu peux cuisiner le m&eacute;lange de lentilles un jour, puis la pur&eacute;e de pommes de terre un autre jour. Il y a aussi la cr&egrave;me v&eacute;g&eacute;talienne appel&eacute;e moiti&eacute;-moiti&eacute;, que tu peux &eacute;galement pr&eacute;parer plus t&ocirc;t, si tu d&eacute;sires la confectionner de toutes pi&egrave;ces plut&ocirc;t que te procurer le produit du commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s&ucirc;r, il est possible de tout concocter la m&ecirc;me journ&eacute;e. Il te suffit d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre bien organis&eacute;&middot;e et de pr&eacute;parer ce qu&rsquo;il faut pendant les temps morts. Quand tu es pr&ecirc;t&middot;e, assemble le tout dans un plat au four et enfourne-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette commence par la cuisson simultan&eacute;e des lentilles et des pommes de terre pr&eacute;alablement coup&eacute;es en d&eacute;s simultan&eacute;ment &#9312; &#9313;. Une fois les deux ingr&eacute;dients cuits, je filtre l'eau.
