Quoi ! D&eacute;j&agrave; !? Mais comment ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment sommes-nous d&eacute;j&agrave; en octobre ? On dirait que c'&eacute;tait hier que je suis partie en vacances et que j'ai pr&eacute;par&eacute; des fournitures scolaires pour mon petit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques jours, je me promenais avec lui, et il m'a signal&eacute; des d&eacute;corations d'Halloween accroch&eacute;es au balcon d'un immeuble. Il m'a demand&eacute; pourquoi ils &eacute;taient l&agrave;, et j'ai r&eacute;pondu, perplexe : je ne sais vraiment pas. Dans mon esprit, ces gens devaient &ecirc;tre un peu trop excit&eacute;s pour les avoir l&agrave; si t&ocirc;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai seulement r&eacute;alis&eacute; que nous commencions &agrave; &ecirc;tre en octobre lorsque r&eacute;cemment, j'ai re&ccedil;u un courriel sur des suggestions de recettes de citrouille... &eacute;coute &ccedil;a : pour l'Action de gr&acirc;ce canadienne et Halloween ! Je n'ai m&ecirc;me pas fini d'appr&eacute;cier les p&ecirc;ches et ils me parlent d&eacute;j&agrave; de la cal&egrave;che de Cendrillon ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et les pommes dans tout &ccedil;a ? O&ugrave; sont les recettes aux pommes ? OMD ! (avec ma main sur ma bouche.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'en ai m&ecirc;me pas pr&eacute;par&eacute; ! Je ne suis m&ecirc;me pas all&eacute;e cueillir des pommes !!! Et l'Action de gr&acirc;ce... mais c'est ce week-end ! Vite ! Vite ! Je dois pr&eacute;parer quelque chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tout d'un coup, je me suis souvenue d'une belle recette de l'ann&eacute;e derni&egrave;re que je n'avais jamais publi&eacute;e parce qu'il se trouvait que le temps passait &agrave; mille &agrave; l'heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je te la montre maintenant pour qu'elle ne me glisse plus des doigts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tomb-e-dans-les-pommes\">Tomb&eacute;e dans les pommes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est ce qui m'est arriv&eacute;e quand j'ai r&eacute;alis&eacute; que nous &eacute;tions en octobre. Les beaux et bons moments &agrave; Montr&eacute;al ont d&ucirc; me ravir compl&egrave;tement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait est que les gens marchent toujours en short et que les feuilles n'ont pas encore vir&eacute; au rouge. Mais quand j'y pense vraiment, certaines personnes autour de moi ont &eacute;t&eacute; atteintes de toux et d'autres maladies hivernales. Mmmh... J'aurais d&ucirc; me douter que quelque chose n'allait pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne manque g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement pas une occasion d'aller cueillir des pommes et m&ecirc;me de prendre des photos &mdash; que je ne publie tout simplement pas par manque de temps ou par oubli. Mais aujourd'hui, je vais sortir cette recette de mes archives. Et diable ! Je me sens beaucoup plus l&eacute;g&egrave;re maintenant que je te les ai montr&eacute;es. Tout cela n'&eacute;tait pas une perte de temps apr&egrave;s tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement, apr&egrave;s une bonne journ&eacute;e au verger et avoir ramen&eacute; quatre &agrave; six gros sacs de pommes, j'en mets sur le comptoir et d'autres au frigo pour les conserver plus longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et j'ai mis les autres dans ma tarte aux pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-une-fausse-tarte-aux-pommes-au-four\">Une fausse tarte aux pommes au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est la version crue de la traditionnelle tarte aux pommes. Tu dois r&eacute;aliser cette tarte en trois &eacute;tapes : la cro&ucirc;te, la garniture et la rosace. Oh ! En fait, il reste une derni&egrave;re &eacute;tape : le gla&ccedil;age. C'est ce qui donnera l'apparence de la tarte au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, une tarte aux pommes au four compl&egrave;tement fausse. Et c'est tr&egrave;s facile &agrave; faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cro&ucirc;te est principalement compos&eacute;e de noix et d'amandes. J'utilise g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement des dattes comme liant &mdash; pour maintenir la cro&ucirc;te ensemble &mdash; mais cette fois, j'ai utilis&eacute; des raisins secs pour donner un biscuit Graham et un go&ucirc;t caram&eacute;lis&eacute;. Ma garniture est simplement une pur&eacute;e banane-pomme pour vous faciliter la vie. Pourquoi je dis &ccedil;a ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que tu pourrais aussi faire quelque chose de plus sophistiqu&eacute; en utilisant une mandoline pour faire de fines tranches de pomme, puis en remplissant la tarte de bas en haut. Mais cela prendrait plus de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si c'est ce que tu pr&eacute;f&egrave;res, choisis des pommes Fuji ou Gala. Elles tiennent beaucoup mieux. Aussi, pour la garniture, j'ai utilis&eacute; le robot culinaire plut&ocirc;t que le mixeur pour donner un peu de texture &agrave; la pur&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu n'aimes pas le go&ucirc;t des bananes, tu peux utiliser uniquement des pommes ou un m&eacute;lange pomme-poire pour faire une sorte de sauce pomme-poire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l'id&eacute;e du gla&ccedil;age est de donner un aspect cuit. Mais c'est aussi pour &laquo;&nbsp;camoufler &raquo; le brunissement naturel (oxydation) des pommes, ce qui n'est pas tr&egrave;s app&eacute;tissant. Mais ce gla&ccedil;age piquant et &eacute;pic&eacute; l'est certainement et c'est d&eacute;licieux aussi. Tu sauras de quoi je parle en lisant la liste des ingr&eacute;dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et psst !
