Tu es foutu&middot;e ! Tu es dans un autre univers, tu es au paradis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl&egrave;me est que faire ce type de tarte a quelques inconv&eacute;nients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primo, elle demande de la patience (deux heures en moyenne pour le cuire). Et deuxi&egrave;mement, c'est suicidaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui ! c'est suicidaire car manger ce type de tarte implique l'ingestion d'ingr&eacute;dients qui feront monter en fl&egrave;che ton taux d'insuline et l'indicateur de poids de ta balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors comment s'adonner &agrave; cette gourmandise sans les m&eacute;faits et surtout sans culpabiliser ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne t'inqui&egrave;te pas. J'ai la solution qui satisfera tes fantasmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qui-rend-la-tarte-au-chocolat-et-aux-pacanes-si-sp-ciale\">Qu'est-ce qui rend la tarte au chocolat et aux pacanes si sp&eacute;ciale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La tarte au chocolat et aux pacanes est essentiellement une garniture sucr&eacute;e et fondante qui comprend beaucoup de chocolat, de pacanes, de sucre, de sirop de ma&iuml;s, de beurre et d'&oelig;ufs. Elle est originaire du sud des &Eacute;tats-Unis, o&ugrave; les noix de p&eacute;can poussent en abondance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un peu de bourbon ou de rhum est souvent ajout&eacute; &agrave; la garniture. Cela am&eacute;liore la saveur de pacanes (noix de p&eacute;can) l&eacute;g&egrave;rement aigre-douce, presque caramel et contrecarre &eacute;galement le go&ucirc;t sucr&eacute; de la tarte. La tarte aux pacanes est probablement le dessert le plus c&eacute;l&egrave;bre l&agrave;-bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais son histoire est n&eacute;buleuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains disent que les Fran&ccedil;ais ont invent&eacute; cette tarte sucr&eacute;e apr&egrave;s s'&ecirc;tre install&eacute;s &agrave; la Nouvelle-Orl&eacute;ans, car ils ont &eacute;t&eacute; initi&eacute;s aux pacanes au 18e si&egrave;cle. D'autres disent qu'elle est apparue en Alabama au 19e si&egrave;cle, mais il n'y a aucune preuve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On pense &eacute;galement que l'&eacute;conomiste de la maison Karo &mdash; une entreprise sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;e dans la fabrication et la distribution de produits pr&ecirc;ts-&agrave;-manger &mdash; a cr&eacute;&eacute; cette recette au milieu des ann&eacute;es 1920. C'est parce que la tarte contient souvent du Karo (sirop de ma&iuml;s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, ce que l'on sait avec certitude, c'est que l'entreprise s'est vraiment popularis&eacute;e dans les ann&eacute;es 40 et 50 et depuis, elle fait partie int&eacute;grante de la culture sud-am&eacute;ricaine. On en trouve plusieurs variantes : caramel, cannelle, beurre d'arachidfe...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De toute fa&ccedil;on, peu importe d'o&ugrave; &ccedil;a vient ! Nous remercions les inventeurs d'avoir cr&eacute;&eacute; un tel d&eacute;lice, qui est particuli&egrave;rement partag&eacute; pendant la saison des vacances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-une-tarte-aux-pacanes-rapide-et-r-invent-e\">Une tarte aux pacanes rapide et r&eacute;invent&eacute;e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la version traditionnelle, la garniture est ce qui rend la tarte d&eacute;licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut d'abord pr&eacute;parer la p&acirc;te. Je ne suis pas du tout boulang&egrave;re, donc je ne vais pas expliquer comment le faire. Tout ce que je sais, c'est que cela peut prendre environ 1 &agrave; 2 heures. Ensuite, tu dois faire griller les noix. Apr&egrave;s, tu pr&eacute;pares la garniture &mdash; tu fais fondre le chocolat et le m&eacute;lange avec les autres ingr&eacute;dients (&oelig;ufs, sirop de ma&iuml;s, sucre, poudre de cacao, bourbon et sel). Enfin, tu d&eacute;cores le dessus avec des noix et fais cuire pendant 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma version crue, sans cuisson, prend au plus 30 minutes. Non, tu n&rsquo;as pas fait &ccedil;a ! Oui, grave ! Allons ! Je ne pense pas que 2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; de rhum tueront autant tes cellules c&eacute;r&eacute;brales. Ok, peut-&ecirc;tre un tout petit peu. Ici, j'ai fait une exception pour rester fid&egrave;le au th&egrave;me et pour une autre raison que je t&rsquo;expliquerai prochainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la texture, quand j'ai vu que la recette originale n&eacute;cessitait de m&eacute;langer noix et cacao\/chocolat, j'ai tout de suite pens&eacute; &agrave; ma recette de brownie. Pour la cro&ucirc;te, j'ai utilis&eacute; des noix. J'avoue que j'ai d'abord h&eacute;sit&eacute; car je sentais qu'il y avait trop de noix. Et puis j'ai pens&eacute; : eh bien, c'est comme manger une boule d'&eacute;nergie ou une barre sous une forme diff&eacute;rente. Pour l'all&eacute;ger un peu, j'ai ajout&eacute; de la noix de coco r&acirc;p&eacute;e. Pour ce qui est de l'alcool, j'ai d'abord voulu mettre de l'extrait de rhum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quand j'ai regard&eacute; les ingr&eacute;dients &agrave; l'&eacute;picerie, j'ai imm&eacute;diatement &eacute;t&eacute; refroidie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-le-cas-des-ingr-dients-interdits\">Le cas des ingr&eacute;dients interdits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouais&hellip; Mes yeux se sont arr&ecirc;t&eacute;s sur &laquo; propyl&egrave;ne glycol &raquo; et c'&eacute;tait la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pardonne-moi, mais je n'ai pas aim&eacute; l'id&eacute;e de mettre du lave-glace dans ma nourriture. Tout comme l'&eacute;thyl&egrave;ne glycol, les glycols pr&eacute;sents dans la plupart des produits comestibles sont l'ingr&eacute;dient actif de plusieurs produits surprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, voici ce que Sant&eacute; Canada a &agrave; dire au sujet de l'&eacute;thyl&egrave;ne glycol :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>En moindre quantit&eacute;, l'&eacute;thyl&egrave;ne glycol peut &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; dans les peintures en &eacute;mulsion d'asphalte ; comme fluide de refroidissement et de transfert de chaleur ; dans des stratifi&eacute;s basse pression ; dans les liquides de frein ; dans la production de diac&eacute;tate de glycol ; dans de la dynamite &agrave; faible gel ; comme m&eacute;lange de solvants pour les esters de cellulose et l'&eacute;ther ; et dans la cellophane, les cosm&eacute;tiques (jusqu'&agrave; 5%), les laques, les r&eacute;sines alkydes, les encres d'imprimerie, les teintures pour bois, la teinture du cuir, le traitement des textiles, les humectants, les encres pour stylos &agrave; bille, les d&eacute;tergents, les solvants, la mousse de polyur&eacute;thane, les m&eacute;dicaments, les adh&eacute;sifs et autres produits (ATSDR , 1993 ; Lewis, 1993). Les quantit&eacute;s utilis&eacute;es au Canada pour chacun de ces produits ne sont pas connues.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines personnes pensent que ces composants ne pr&eacute;sentent pas un grand risque pour la sant&eacute;, mais je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re m'abstenir. Des milliers d'&eacute;tudes ont d&eacute;j&agrave; montr&eacute; leur toxicit&eacute;. (La source)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ok, donc l'extrait de rhum bio &eacute;tait certainement une meilleure option, mais je n'en ai pas trouv&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai donc opt&eacute; pour du vrai rhum.
