C'est simple et rapide &agrave; r&eacute;aliser. Parce que je ne vais pas te mentir, je suis paresseuse. Il ne contient que les principaux ingr&eacute;dients suivants : eau, amandes, vanille, &eacute;dulcorant et graines de chia. Rien de compliqu&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cette fois, je voulais mettre plus de couleurs, plus de textures et plus de contrastes. Donc, je me suis souvenue d'un petit d&eacute;jeuner que j'ai appr&eacute;ci&eacute; pendant mon court s&eacute;jour &agrave; New York pendant la saison des vacances. Mon homme et moi sommes all&eacute;s dans un petit caf&eacute; de style australien dans le West Village, appel&eacute; le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bluestonelane.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bluestone Lane Caf&eacute;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce charmant caf&eacute; aux couleurs rappelant la plage, j'ai choisi une bouillie de quinoa aux fruits frais et aux noix. Je l'ai tellement aim&eacute; que j'ai voulu le recr&eacute;er &agrave; ma fa&ccedil;on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai un peu chang&eacute; les ingr&eacute;dients et, franchement, c'&eacute;tait aussi tr&egrave;s facile et rapide &agrave; pr&eacute;parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-pourquoi-les-graines-de-chia-sont-le-parfait-superaliment\">Pourquoi les graines de chia sont le parfait superaliment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch-ch-ch-chia ! Connais-tu la c&eacute;l&egrave;bre publicit&eacute; pour la figurine Chia Pet ? Je ne me souviens pas exactement quand elle a &eacute;t&eacute; diffus&eacute;e sur les cha&icirc;nes am&eacute;ricaines &mdash; je devais &ecirc;tre trop jeune. L'annonce montrait comment faire pousser les &laquo; poils &raquo; verts de l'animal. Tout ce que tu avais &agrave; faire &eacute;tait de plonger la figurine en forme d'animal dans l'eau, de r&eacute;pandre les graines de chia sur le corps en terre cuite avec une spatule, de l'arroser de temps en temps et d'admirer les poils pousser, comme avec les pousses v&eacute;g&eacute;tales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour am&eacute;liorer ton exp&eacute;rience, tu peux &eacute;galement acheter toute une collection d'animaux : l'ourson, le chiot, le chaton, le b&eacute;lier et le b&oelig;uf. Tu peux m&ecirc;me ajouter un arbre pour leur tenir compagnie. Ouais vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de louer leur luxueuse &laquo; fourrure &raquo;, ils auraient aussi d&ucirc; sugg&eacute;rer de manger les pousses !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore les graines de chia parce qu'elles sont si rassasiantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ces minuscules graines semblent apporter tant d'avantages pour une bonne sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dis &laquo; semblent &raquo; car les essais sur l'homme sont limit&eacute;s, comme c'est souvent le cas avec la recherche sur les aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais les preuves anecdotiques des effets positifs du chia sont nombreuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Dr Coates, principal d&eacute;fenseur et chercheur des graines de chia, les graines de chia peuvent augmenter ton &eacute;nergie, stabiliser ton glyc&eacute;mie (en ralentissant l'absorption des sucres), am&eacute;liorer ton digestion et r&eacute;duire le &laquo; mauvais &raquo; cholest&eacute;rol (cholest&eacute;rol total, triglyc&eacute;rides, LDL). Les graines de chia peuvent te prot&eacute;ger contre les maladies cardiovasculaires, r&eacute;duire le risque de diab&egrave;te de type 2 et d'ob&eacute;sit&eacute; et soulager la constipation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De toutes les graines, la graine de chia a la plus forte teneur en prot&eacute;ines. En plus, c'est une prot&eacute;ine compl&egrave;te. Le chia est &eacute;galement riche en om&eacute;ga 3 (8 fois plus que le saumon), en magn&eacute;sium (15 fois plus que le brocoli), en calcium (6 fois plus que le lait de vache), en vitamine C, en fer&hellip; Ouais ! Pleine de bonnes choses !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais m&eacute;fie-toi ! Il y a une fa&ccedil;on de manger les graines de chia. Il est important de faire tremper les graines avant consommation, car elles absorbent 10 fois leur volume d'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela signifie que si cela se produit dans ton syst&egrave;me digestif, tu pourrais te retrouver sur ton tr&ocirc;ne pour &eacute;liminer dans la douleur en lisant les derniers potins du magazine People.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cela n'arrivera pas. Je vais te montrer comment profiter des graines de chia dans ce petit d&eacute;jeuner rassasiant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-le-petit-secret-qui-doubleront-les-bienfaits\">Le petit secret qui doubleront les bienfaits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant, j'avais toujours l&rsquo;habitude de filtrer le liquide de noix de la pulpe. C'est comme &ccedil;a que j'avais appris &agrave; faire du lait de noix. Je me d&eacute;barrassais de la pulpe et j&rsquo;esp&eacute;rais l'utiliser pour une autre occasion. J'ai remarqu&eacute; que je finissais toujours par la gaspiller parce que j'oubliais que j'en avais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais un jour, je me suis dit : et si je gardais et utilisais tout ? Et si je ne filtrais pas le liquide ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justification &eacute;tait que la pulpe agirait comme une fibre ajout&eacute;e dans le pudding. Alors j'ai essay&eacute; et j'ai remarqu&eacute; quelque chose. Au lieu de mettre mes &#8531; de tasse de graines de chia habituelles dans 1 tasse de lait, j'en mettrais moins. La quantit&eacute; &eacute;quivaudrait &agrave; &frac14; tasse &agrave; la place&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ok, pas une super grande diff&eacute;rence mais quand m&ecirc;me. C'est environ 2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; de moins. Au fil du temps, &ccedil;a s'additionne, tu sais. Les graines de chia co&ucirc;tent trop cher &agrave; mon go&ucirc;t. La recette de base est du lait d'amande avec des graines de chia, qui se transforme en une consistance semblable &agrave; du pudding. Ensuite, tu ajoutes les garnitures qui font ton bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'avantage de ce plat est que tu peux le pr&eacute;parer en plus grande quantit&eacute; &agrave; l'avance et le mettre dans un r&eacute;cipient herm&eacute;tique au r&eacute;frig&eacute;rateur. Dans ce cas, assure-toi que les graines de chia et les amandes sont identiques. Pour te dire la v&eacute;rit&eacute;, je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re ajouter des graines de chia dans le lait de noix le jour o&ugrave; je le mange. Je trouve que quand c'est fait quelques jours avant, le m&eacute;lange devient trop dense. Mais c'est juste moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoi qu'il en soit, tu peux devenir vraiment cr&eacute;ative avec les garnitures. Je les ai chang&eacute;s tellement de fois que j'ai perdu le compte. Ici, pour cr&eacute;er du contraste, j'ai ajout&eacute; des noix pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; croquant et des fruits pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; moelleux. J'aurais pu aussi mettre du granola, des graines de sarrasin, de la pur&eacute;e de fruits, des fruits secs ou du beurre de noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour le lait d'amande, tu peux &eacute;galement le parfumer &agrave; ta guise. Avec de la cannelle, de la cardamome, du gingembre, du zeste de citron ou d&rsquo;orange.
