Et elle est tr&egrave;s, tr&egrave;s succulente. &Agrave; tel point que tu auras envie de le manger tous les jours. Comment ? Pouah&nbsp;! Si triste&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tu te forces &agrave; manger ces salades ennuyeuses parce qu'elles sont saines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais m&ecirc;me si elles le sont, tu ne les appr&eacute;cies pas. Elles ne sont tout simplement pas app&eacute;tissantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as peut-&ecirc;tre entendu parler de ces rares fanatiques qui aiment les salades et les mangent tous les jours. Qu'est-ce qui les motive autant&nbsp;? Que dois-tu faire pour &ecirc;tre comme eux&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh bien, je vais te le dire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu dois &ecirc;tre assez cr&eacute;ative pour faire tes salades &agrave; tomber par terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, les salades ne sont pas attrayantes car elles manquent d'&eacute;l&eacute;ments pour stimuler tous tes sens&nbsp;: la vue, l'odorat, l'ou&iuml;e, le toucher et le go&ucirc;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce faire, il faut jouer sur trois types de contrastes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Les couleurs&nbsp;: <\/strong>les premi&egrave;res impressions comptent et on mange avec les yeux&nbsp;! Choisis des couleurs vivifiantes &mdash; feuilles vert fonc&eacute; et ingr&eacute;dients aux couleurs chaudes et souvent satur&eacute;es (orange, rouge, violet&hellip;). Tu peux ajouter des couleurs plus claires (le vert clair de concombre ou de pomme verte ou le beige de graines et de noix) pour apporter un autre contraste. Ajoute des &eacute;l&eacute;ments sensuels suggestifs (j'en parlerai dans 30 secondes), qui te feront imaginer ce que tu ressens une fois que tu auras pris une bouch&eacute;e.<\/li><li><strong>Les textures&nbsp;: <\/strong>les textures sont la deuxi&egrave;me sensation que tu ressens. Les textures croquantes sont toujours plus int&eacute;ressantes que les textures molles, alors choisis des ingr&eacute;dients frais. Pour la vinaigrette, garde les textures fluides et cr&eacute;meuses (indice&nbsp;: ce sont les &eacute;l&eacute;ments sensuels dont je t&rsquo;ai parl&eacute; plus t&ocirc;t). Tu peux &eacute;galement ajouter des fruits et des l&eacute;gumes juteux (concombre, poivron rouge ou tomate) pour une explosion de liquide.<\/li><li><strong>Les go&ucirc;ts&nbsp;:<\/strong> les saveurs aigre-douces ou sucr&eacute;es-sal&eacute;es sont tr&egrave;s appr&eacute;ci&eacute;es, &eacute;tant stimulantes. Fais de m&ecirc;me. Joue avec ce contraste dans tes plats&nbsp;: carotte r&acirc;p&eacute;e + olives, jus de citron + sirop d'&eacute;rable en vinaigrette, feuilles vertes am&egrave;res + fruits sucr&eacute;s, etc. Ce ne sont que quelques exemples.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, ce que bien des gens ne savent pas, c'est que la vinaigrette est vraiment ce qui fait toute la diff&eacute;rence. Alors concentre-toi l&agrave;-dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette salade, j'ai &eacute;galement ajout&eacute; un aliment croustillant insolite&hellip;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Des nouilles v&eacute;ritablement fra&icirc;ches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les lundis soirs, chez nous, nous avons un th&egrave;me asiatique. Et depuis quelque temps, je pr&eacute;pare des l&eacute;gumes saut&eacute;s &agrave; la sauce teriyaki, accompagn&eacute;s de quinoa. Ce n'est pas le plat pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute; de mon adorable petit monstre. Le week-end dernier, j'ai d&eacute;cid&eacute; qu'il &eacute;tait temps de la &laquo;&nbsp;moderniser&nbsp;&raquo; et d'ajouter quelque chose qui rendrait ma salade irr&eacute;sistible pour mon fils&nbsp;: des nouilles. Booyah&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pas n&rsquo;importes quelles nouilles. J'ai opt&eacute; pour des nouilles de varech pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; nutritif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces nouilles aux algues sont croquantes et ne contiennent que 6 calories par portion si tu veux perdre du poids. En plus d'&ecirc;tre sans gluten, crus et sans mati&egrave;res grasses, elles sont &eacute;galement riches en min&eacute;raux, dont le calcium (15&nbsp;% de l'apport quotidien). Elles ne n&eacute;cessitent aucune cuisson. Il suffit de les rincer et de les ajouter &agrave; ta recette pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il est &eacute;galement possible de mettre des nouilles de varech dans de l'eau chaude pour les ramollir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux les trouver dans les magasins d'aliments naturels et, apparemment, m&ecirc;me dans les supermarch&eacute;s plus conventionnels tels que Wal-Mart. Si tu ne le trouves pas, les vermicelles de riz brun ou les nouilles &agrave; base de l&eacute;gumineuses feront tr&egrave;s bien l'affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, si tu as du mal &agrave; faire manger &agrave; ta cohorte ces nouveaux types de nouilles, s&rsquo;ils sont accro aux produits raffin&eacute;s, m&eacute;lange-les avec des nouilles traditionnelles (mets-en moins, bien s&ucirc;r). Tant que tes bien-aim&eacute;s mangent le reste, non&nbsp;? Je sais, c'est sournois. Mais aux grands maux, les grands rem&egrave;des.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade prends au maximum 30 minutes &agrave; faire et est tr&egrave;s facile &agrave; r&eacute;aliser. C'est super nutritif ET croustillant ET savoureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sers-la en entr&eacute;e ou en plat principal. Mange-la dans un rouleau &mdash; fait de feuille de riz ou d'une feuille de chou.
