Une que chaque fois que tu la fais, les gens en raffolent toujours&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'en ai une. Elle est faite &agrave; la mangue et aux poivrons rouges avec une sauce au cumin et au citron. Elle est toujours un succ&egrave;s. Chaque fois que je la fais, les gens me demandent la recette. Un jour, je le publierai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais dis-moi, te fatigues-tu parfois de faire cette m&ecirc;me recette gagnante&nbsp;? Moi, si. C'est pourquoi je n'avais pas envie de la partager maintenant : P. Je voulais faire quelque chose de diff&eacute;rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une chose est s&ucirc;re, cependant, je ne me lasse pas de faire des salades de quinoa. Les betteraves tacheront tout ce qu'elles touchent lorsqu'elles sont bouillies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j'ai pens&eacute; &agrave; faire cette recette, j'ai essay&eacute; de trouver toutes les fa&ccedil;ons de m&eacute;langer les betteraves en cubes dans la salade de quinoa sans qu'elle ne devienne violette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, j'ai pens&eacute; que je pouvais laisser l'eau couler sur les betteraves ou les mettre dans de l'eau glac&eacute;e. Ensuite, j'ai pens&eacute; que je devrais les enduire d'huile. J'ai test&eacute; ces diff&eacute;rentes m&eacute;thodes avec un petit &eacute;chantillon et aucune n'a fonctionn&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j'ai creus&eacute; plus loin, j'ai appris que la meilleure fa&ccedil;on aurait &eacute;t&eacute; de les faire cuire au four. Tu les enveloppes dans du papier d'aluminium et les fais cuire pendant environ 40 minutes ou plus, selon leur taille. Ensuite, tu les d&eacute;couvres, les laisses refroidir et fais couler de l'eau froide dessus pendant que tu enl&egrave;ves la peau. Tu peux dire que je ne suis pas une experte en betteraves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j'ai d&eacute;couvert cela, il &eacute;tait trop tard. Les betteraves &eacute;taient d&eacute;j&agrave; plong&eacute;es dans l'eau chaude, bouillantes. Eh... j&rsquo; essayerai la prochaine fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant &agrave; tes mains, si tu ne veux pas avoir de traces de leur couleur, utilise des gants lorsque tu les &eacute;pluches. Mais si tu n'utilises pas de gants, ne t&rsquo;inqui&eacute;te pas, la couleur dispara&icirc;tra apr&egrave;s quelques lavages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu importe, comme il &eacute;tait trop tard pour essayer cette exp&eacute;rience sans taches, j'ai pens&eacute; que je garnirais la salade de quinoa avec les betteraves. Voil&agrave;. Pas le choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Combinaisons flagrantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma formule de base pour faire une salade de quinoa est la suivante : quinoa cuit + fines herbes + parfois fruits + parfois noix + vinaigrette + assaisonnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"667\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_8071_opt.jpg\" alt=\"Vue de dessus de la salade de quinoa aux betteraves et aux noix. Dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre : oranges tranch&eacute;es, betteraves cuites en cubes, graines de cumin, feuilles de basilic, noix<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J'avais deux endives dans mon r&eacute;frig&eacute;rateur et j'ai pens&eacute; que ce serait un excellent ajout &agrave; la salade de quinoa et de betteraves. Les endives att&eacute;nueraient la salade et apporteraient de la fra&icirc;cheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les herbes fra&icirc;ches, celles que j&rsquo;utilise le plus sont g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement le persil ou la coriandre, mais je voulais quelque chose de compl&egrave;tement diff&eacute;rent. J'aurais pu utiliser de l'aneth, mais j'ai plut&ocirc;t choisi le basilic, qui complimente aussi bien les betteraves. J'&eacute;tais curieuse de go&ucirc;ter le r&eacute;sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai trouv&eacute; que le m&eacute;lange des betteraves violettes et du quinoa beige manquait de couleur gaie. Donc, en tant que couleur contrast&eacute;e et vive, j'ai ajout&eacute; des oranges. De plus, les oranges se marient parfaitement aux betteraves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore le cumin avec le quinoa. J'ai l'habitude de moudre les graines et de les ajouter &agrave; une vinaigrette, mais je me suis souvenue qu'une fois, j'ai fait cuire les graines jusqu'&agrave; ce qu'elles soient parfum&eacute;es et les ai ajout&eacute;es dans une recette dont je ne me souviens absolument pas &nbsp;! Argh, est-ce que cela vous arrive&nbsp;? Bref, j'ai pens&eacute; qu'il serait int&eacute;ressant de le faire ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les noix, j'ai choisi les noix de Grenoble. Je ne sais pas&hellip; il y a quelque chose de r&eacute;confortant chez eux. Et je suis contente de les avoir utilis&eacute;es. La salade n'aurait pas &eacute;t&eacute; la m&ecirc;me sans elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je voulais intensifier le c&ocirc;t&eacute; d&eacute;licieux de cette salade, j'aurais pu ajouter <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/ricotta-sans-lactose\/\">de la ricotta de noix<\/a>, mais je voulais garder les choses simples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, pour la vinaigrette, je m&eacute;lange g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement du jus de citron avec de l'huile d'olive et j'ajoute de l'ail et du sel. Voil&agrave; donc ce que j'ai fait. Maiiis pour plus de go&ucirc;t sucr&eacute;, j'ai ajout&eacute; du miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade est tellement savoureuse. J'adore les finitions avec les betteraves, les oranges et les noix de Grenoble. Les oranges apportent tellement de fra&icirc;cheur &agrave; la salade et les betteraves sont simplement muah&nbsp;! si sucr&eacute; et savoureux. Et enfin, les noix ont apport&eacute; beaucoup d'umami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors voil&agrave;. Si tu suis ma formule pour la salade de quinoa, il est facile de changer les ingr&eacute;dients comme tu le souhaites. Tu peux manger cette salade chaude ou froide, telle quelle, ou dans un burrito.
