Pas n'importe quel burrito sans gluten. Nous avons g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement un chili v&eacute;g&eacute;talien mais mon fils en a assez. Il est comme : (b&acirc;illement) barbant ! Pour &ecirc;tre honn&ecirc;te, parfois je m'en lasse aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai donc cherch&eacute; de l'inspiration parce que je n'avais jamais consomm&eacute; de jacquier auparavant et j'ai d&ucirc; en faire quelque chose parce que cette chose myst&eacute;rieuse m'appelait, comme mon fils le fait de temps en temps&hellip;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; Maman ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; (Pas de r&eacute;ponse. Je suis probablement introspective comme d'habitude.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; Maman ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; (Pas de r&eacute;ponse. Je suis toujours quelque part dans le monde des r&ecirc;ves mais j'entends une voix distante.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; Maman ? !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Ma bulle a &eacute;clat&eacute;. Je retombe sur terre.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&mdash; QUUOOOI !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est vrai ! Depuis tr&egrave;s r&eacute;cemment, je vois du jacquier partout. J'en ai vu sur les r&eacute;seaux sociaux, un de mes amis me l'a mentionn&eacute; et, &agrave; l'&eacute;picerie, il me regardait dans une bo&icirc;te de conserve, joliment emball&eacute;e dans des couleurs blanches et vertes vives avec des motifs d&eacute;coratifs de style indien. Je ne l'avais jamais remarqu&eacute;e auparavant, mais le voil&agrave; qui y &eacute;tait devant moi. Le moment &eacute;tait venu pour moi de jouer avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors je l'ai fait et j&rsquo;en suis arriv&eacute;e avec un burrito ridiculement d&eacute;licieux, merveilleux, qui tue et bon pour la sant&eacute;. Je ne plaisante pas. Ne te laisse pas berner par le fait qu'il ne contient pas de tortilla aux c&eacute;r&eacute;ales. Cela m'a fait chanter le refrain d'Alicia Keys comme ceci : <em>This thing is on fire!<\/em> (N.d.T. Cette chose est en feu !)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu en veux un morceau ? Je pensais que tu ne me le demanderais jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Comment remplacer les produits de pain aux grains<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu te souviens que j'ai dit que je voulais un burrito hypocalorique ? Eh bien, la semaine derni&egrave;re, j'&eacute;tais curieuse de me peser et &agrave; mon grand &eacute;tonnement, j'ai gagn&eacute; pr&egrave;s de 5 kilos ! Ok, si tu me voyais, tu dirais : &laquo; Tais&mdash;toi ! &raquo; parce que j'ai l'air mince.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quand m&ecirc;me, j'ai remarqu&eacute; que j'ai lentement pris du poids au cours de la derni&egrave;re ann&eacute;e, surtout ces cinq ou six derniers mois. Durant ces mois, je pense que j'ai gagn&eacute; 3 kilos ou quelque chose. Je bl&acirc;me les heures folles que j'ai mises pour lancer ce blog et le mettre &agrave; la vue des autres, en restant assise devant mon ordinateur pendant des heures &agrave; grignoter des noix et des graines &agrave; plusieurs reprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je peux sembler un peu mince, mais je dois mettre un terme &agrave; cette folie avant de me r&eacute;veiller un jour et de voir une baleine comme reflet. Ok, j'exag&egrave;re peut-&ecirc;tre, mais je veux pouvoir voir mes ongles de pieds. Est-ce trop demander ? Donc pour la premi&egrave;re fois de ma vie, j'ai d&eacute;cid&eacute; de suivre un r&eacute;gime super sain : arr&ecirc;ter trop de grignoter, faire de l'exercice et avoir plus de relations sexuelles. Quoi ! ? C'est davantage d'exercice, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, revenons au sujet. La solution la plus simple pour les produits de pain sans c&eacute;r&eacute;ales est d'utiliser des feuilles vertes, comme une feuille de laitue ou une feuille de chou &mdash; parfois ramollies dans de l'eau ti&egrave;de. Ils fonctionnent tr&egrave;s bien pour les hamburgers &agrave; un pain, les sandwichs &agrave; une tranche, les tacos et les burritos\/tortillas. J'interromps ce message avec cette anecdote&hellip;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connaissez-vous la diff&eacute;rence entre les enchiladas et les burritos ? Le type de tortilla, la fa&ccedil;on dont c&rsquo;est servi et la taille les caract&eacute;risent. Essentiellement, les enchiladas sont faites avec une tortilla de ma&iuml;s et sont accompagn&eacute;es d'un certain type de sauce. Les burritos, g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement plus gros, sont pr&eacute;par&eacute;s avec une tortilla &agrave; la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans mon cas, je n'utilise ni tortilla de farine ni tortilla de ma&iuml;s. La mienne est un enveloppement feuillu. Le jacquier gagne beaucoup en popularit&eacute; ces derniers temps. La raison en est qu'il peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; comme un excellent substitut aux plats qui n&eacute;cessitent du porc ou du poulet effiloch&eacute;, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa texture fibreuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s&ucirc;r, le jacquier n'aura pas le go&ucirc;t de la viande. Il a plus le go&ucirc;t d'un m&eacute;lange de banane, de mangue et d'ananas. Mais la texture ? Woah, je te dis, les mangeurs de viande seront absolument flou&eacute;s. Ok, super, mais comment le pr&eacute;parer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internet &agrave; mon secours ! J'ai recherch&eacute; des recettes de jacquier et en comparaison, j'ai remarqu&eacute; que la plupart d'entre elles contenaient une sorte de paprika, de poudre de chili et\/ou de p&acirc;te de tomate &mdash; tous des ingr&eacute;dients rouges. Ahhh ! Et puis j'ai eu une r&eacute;v&eacute;lation ! Ils sont tous utilis&eacute;s pour colorer le jacquier ! Voil&agrave;, une autre astuce pour imiter la couleur de la viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Un burrito plus l&eacute;ger : diminuer les calories et les &eacute;tapes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon inspiration pour mon burrito hypocalorique a tout commenc&eacute; avec une recette d'enchilada que j'ai appris &agrave; pr&eacute;parer dans la cuisine vivants. Il contenait une tortilla de ma&iuml;s crue, une sauce Colorado au Chili et diff&eacute;rents ingr&eacute;dients pour la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'allais pas faire des tortillas de ma&iuml;s cru. Jamais de la vie. Cela impliquait de faire une p&acirc;te v&eacute;g&eacute;tarienne qui devait se d&eacute;shydrater pendant 8 &agrave; 12 heures. J'ai donc d&ucirc; penser &agrave; autre chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon &laquo; enveloppe &raquo; de choix &eacute;tait la feuille de chou. Maintenant, j'avais couvert deux choses : le wrap et la sauce chili (du moins, je le pensais). Pour la garniture, au d&eacute;but, je voulais des haricots noirs, du ma&iuml;s, du chou r&acirc;p&eacute;, de la salsa, de l'avocat en tranches et du jacquier. Et l'id&eacute;e &eacute;tait de jeter de la sauce chili Colorado sur la feuille puis d'ajouter les ingr&eacute;dients de la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais j'ai eu quelques revers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, pour faire la sauce chili Colorado, j'avais besoin de piments rouges s&eacute;ch&eacute;s de Californie. Mais parmi toutes les vari&eacute;t&eacute;s de paquets de chili &eacute;pingl&eacute;s sur le mur de mon &eacute;picerie ethnique pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute;e, je n'en ai pas trouv&eacute;. Une recherche rapide en ligne a montr&eacute; que je pouvais remplacer les piments de Californie (alias Anaheim chilis) par des piments verts en conserve ou des piments Poblano frais. L'&eacute;picerie n'avait que ce dernier, donc j'en ai utilis&eacute;. Deuxi&egrave;mement, quand j'ai fait ma sauce, c'&eacute;tait trop liquide ! Je pouvais simplement imaginer que la sauce d&eacute;goulinerait constamment des wraps. Pas trop jolie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai donc d&eacute;cid&eacute; d'utiliser cette sauce pour le jacquier, mais aussi de faire du guacamole &mdash; une consistance beaucoup plus &eacute;paisse et plus solide &mdash; entre la feuille de chou et la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Troisi&egrave;mement, la pr&eacute;paration du chou r&acirc;p&eacute; et de la salsa allait impliquer trop d'&eacute;tapes. Je les ai donc compl&egrave;tement ignor&eacute;es. En fait, j'ai remplac&eacute; le chou r&acirc;p&eacute; par un sac de ma&iuml;s congel&eacute; qui avait re&ccedil;u un traitement cryog&eacute;nique comme Walt Disney pendant des mois et attendait son renouveau... Je pensais &eacute;galement que le ma&iuml;s ajouterait une belle couleur vive aux haricots bruns cuits et au jacquier. Si tu veux suivre la voie paresseuse, tu peux utiliser des tortillas de bl&eacute; entier ou sans gluten et du guacamole pr&ecirc;t-&agrave;-manger (ou simplement des avocats en pur&eacute;e) et\/ou de la salsa. Tu peux ajouter des mangues, des l&eacute;gumes verts plus feuillus, des oignons verts, tout ce que tu veux. Tu peux servir le jacquier assaisonn&eacute; dans des sandwichs, des tacos ou des nachos ou faire un bol de jacquier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon wrap est top, cependant. Il est l&eacute;ger, l&eacute;g&egrave;rement croquant, l&eacute;g&egrave;rement acidul&eacute;, l&eacute;g&egrave;rement chaud, tr&egrave;s savoureux, rassasiant et r&eacute;confortant. que demander de plus ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-fais-ce-plat-maintenant\">Fais ce plat maintenant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les burritos sont toujours amusants &agrave; faire et sont parfaits pour les rassemblements sympas.
