Pas dans mon patelin, en tout cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons eu un temps bizarre. Des temp&eacute;ratures sous 0 &deg;C, un ciel nuageux et de la pluie vergla&ccedil;ante ! Ouais, de la pluie vergla&ccedil;ante en mi-avril ! C&rsquo;est fou !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, peu importe combien je voulais le c&eacute;l&eacute;brer, je ne le pouvais tout simplement pas parce que c'&eacute;tait comme l'hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoi qu'il en soit, pour incarner ce climat &eacute;trange, j'ai cr&eacute;&eacute; cette recette &mdash; et &ccedil;a, oh, la, la ! Je voulais la publier en avril. Dans cette recette, j'ai m&eacute;lang&eacute; des ingr&eacute;dients qui caract&eacute;risent normalement les deux saisons&nbsp;: les canneberges (= hiver) et les asperges (= printemps) dans une salade verte ! D&eacute;sol&eacute;e, je sais que le froid est vraiment loin derri&egrave;re toi. &Ccedil;a peut toujours &ecirc;tre une recette de printemps ou m&ecirc;me d'&eacute;t&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t&rsquo;apporte donc ma recette de salade d'&eacute;pinards aux canneberges. Je dois dire que les r&eacute;sultats &eacute;taient stup&eacute;fiants. J'ai cr&eacute;&eacute; une salade fra&icirc;che qui apportera certainement plus de chaleur &agrave; ton c&oelig;ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2 petites choses qui te donneront les meilleures touches de finition sur cette salade d'&eacute;pinards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui rend cette salade d'&eacute;pinards avec canneberges sp&eacute;ciale, ce sont les noix et les graines grill&eacute;es et les asperges crues (oui, crues, tu verras ce que je veux dire dans une minute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commen&ccedil;ons par les noix et les graines grill&eacute;es. Quand je me suis pr&eacute;par&eacute; &agrave; la confection, j'ai pens&eacute; &agrave; les faire griller tous les deux ensemble pour gagner du temps, car tu sais, nous sommes tous occup&eacute;s et tout et tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cela aurait &eacute;t&eacute; une grosse erreur. &Eacute;tonnamment, j'ai appris que les graines de s&eacute;same brunissent plus rapidement que les amandes. Les graines de s&eacute;same prennent environ 3 &agrave; 5 minutes pour le faire, tandis que les amandes prennent environ 8 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors n'essaie pas de les d&eacute;jouer. Fais griller d'abord les amandes au four sur une plaque &agrave; cuisson, puis fais griller les graines de s&eacute;same dans une po&ecirc;le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre chose importante ! Cette salade comprend des asperges crues. Pas dans sa forme enti&egrave;re, oh, non ! &Ccedil;a aurait un go&ucirc;t&hellip; &eacute;trange, peut-&ecirc;tre. Eh bien, celui qui convient parfaitement au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habituellement, j'utilise un &eacute;plucheur &agrave; l&eacute;gumes &agrave; t&ecirc;te en Y pour tout. Je suis si heureuse avec cet outil, heureuse &agrave; sauter haut jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; plafond, de pouvoir apporter ce petit amour partout o&ugrave; je vais et de dire aux gens combien mon &eacute;plucheur est top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas si bien fonctionn&eacute; quand il s'agissait de couper les asperges en lamelles. Au d&eacute;but, cela fonctionnait tr&egrave;s bien, mais quand je me suis rendue &agrave; la partie inf&eacute;rieure du l&eacute;gume, j'ai eu du mal. Je ne pense pas que ce soit l'&eacute;plucheur en soi, mais les pointes qui maintiennent la lame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu vois, celles-ci sont un peu plus pro&eacute;minentes, ce qui signifie qu'elles ne sont pas au m&ecirc;me niveau que la lame. Par cons&eacute;quent, elles t&rsquo;emp&ecirc;chent de couper le bout des asperges en lamelles lorsqu&rsquo;elles s'amincissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, tu voudras peut-&ecirc;tre utiliser un &eacute;plucheur pivotant pour ce travail. Ou peut-&ecirc;tre pas parce que cela pourrait te poser le m&ecirc;me probl&egrave;me. Je viens de publier une recette d'asperges sur le blog avant la fin de la saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me souviens avoir cr&eacute;&eacute; il y a quelques ann&eacute;es une salade d'asperges que j'ai vraiment ador&eacute;e. Il s'agissait d'une vinaigrette super d&eacute;licieuse avec de la moutarde de Dijon et de la levure nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sais que le Dijon se marie bien aux asperges et je savais donc que j'aurais un grand gagnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je voulais faire une salade qui serait rassasiante et ultra nutritive. Les salades d'&eacute;pinards aux canneberges que j'ai vues en ligne &eacute;taient tremp&eacute;es dans de l'huile v&eacute;g&eacute;tale et du sucre blanc. Quel est l'int&eacute;r&ecirc;t de manger sainement si tu comptes ajouter ces deux ingr&eacute;dients riches en calories&nbsp;? Autant acheter une vinaigrette de la marque Kraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, pour rendre cette salade plus saine, j'ai remplac&eacute; ces deux m&eacute;chantes choses par de meilleures options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai remplac&eacute; le sucre blanc par du miel (tu peux &eacute;galement utiliser du nectar d'agave pour la version v&eacute;g&eacute;talienne) &mdash; attention, le sucre reste du sucre, peu importe la source&nbsp;; il n'y a pas de sucre sain. Mais si tu vas utiliser du sucre, choisis le moindre mal, mmmh...OK&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et j'ai remplac&eacute; l'huile v&eacute;g&eacute;tale par de l'huile d'olive. J'ai pens&eacute; &agrave; faire moiti&eacute; huile d'olive et moiti&eacute; huile de lin pour ajouter une bonne source d'om&eacute;ga 3, mais &agrave; la fin j'ai d&eacute;cid&eacute; de rester simple. L'huile de lin a &eacute;galement ce go&ucirc;t subtil de noisette particulier, que je pensais ne fonctionnerait pas avec cette salade. Mais vas-y si tu veux. L'huile de lin est incroyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour en faire une salade copieuse, j'ai ajout&eacute; des sources de prot&eacute;ines v&eacute;g&eacute;tales, comme des graines de pavot, des graines de s&eacute;same, des graines de chanvre et des amandes. Celles-ci apportent &eacute;galement de bonnes graisses. J'ai ajout&eacute; de l'avocat, un autre bon gras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les graines de s&eacute;same grill&eacute;es r&eacute;chauffent la salade. J'ai d'abord voulu les ajouter &agrave; la vinaigrette mais j'ai fini par les saupoudrer sur la salade. Oh ! Oh ! Puis-je te parler de la vinaigrette ? C'est tout simplement sublime, Oh, mon Dieu. Les amandes grill&eacute;es apportent un peu de croquant. Cette salade a le parfait m&eacute;lange des go&ucirc;ts sucr&eacute; + sal&eacute; + grill&eacute;e et tu adoreras chaque bouch&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tu peux le voir, j'ai utilis&eacute; de nombreux types de graines (pavot, s&eacute;same, chanvre) pour ajouter des sources de prot&eacute;ines, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire. Tu peux supprimer les graines de pavot si tu le souhaites &mdash; leur saveur est vraiment subtile ou non d&eacute;tectable, vraiment. Tu pourrais trouver cette salade trop croquante, c'est donc &agrave; toi de d&eacute;cider. Tu peux &eacute;galement remplacer les graines de chanvre par du tempeh savoureux, tranch&eacute; ou en cubes, sur le dessus de la salade. Il y a tellement de fa&ccedil;ons de jouer avec cette salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il n'y a pas d'ordre particulier dans lequel tu ajoutes les graines. Elles peuvent &ecirc;tre incorpor&eacute;es &agrave; la salade avant de verser la vinaigrette, m&eacute;lang&eacute;es &agrave; la vinaigrette ou saupoudr&eacute;es &agrave; la fin. Et pour &eacute;conomiser quelques &eacute;tapes, tu peux utiliser des graines de s&eacute;same grill&eacute;es achet&eacute;es en magasin et des amandes tranch&eacute;es non grill&eacute;es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tu vas passer &agrave; c&ocirc;t&eacute; ! C&rsquo;est s&ucirc;r !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-fais-ce-plat-maintenant\">Fais ce plat maintenant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, tu cherches peut-&ecirc;tre quelque chose de frais qui vous apporte beaucoup de chaleur.
