Elle &eacute;tait parfaite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cro&ucirc;te ne s&rsquo;effrite pas. Elle est moelleuse, et on ne remarque m&ecirc;me pas le go&ucirc;t du chou-fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention tout de m&ecirc;me. Elle tient bien, oui, mais elle reste assez fragile, comme la plupart des cro&ucirc;tes &agrave; base chou-fleur. Elle a des bords tombants et elle est souple, mais elle n&rsquo;est certainement pas ramollie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai chang&eacute; quelques petites choses, comme l&rsquo;assaisonnement de la p&acirc;te, mais &agrave; part &ccedil;a, elle a un go&ucirc;t similaire &agrave; la pizza &agrave; la cro&ucirc;te de farine de bl&eacute;. Cette pizza sent super bon &#129392;. Et j&rsquo;&eacute;tais rassasi&eacute;e avec une seule tranche. Je pense que deux tranches auraient &eacute;t&eacute; le maximum, car chaque portion est assez riche en prot&eacute;ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, ne t&rsquo;attends pas &agrave; manger une pizza style malbouffe, d&rsquo;accord ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais si l&rsquo;envie de manger de la pizza te prend, au moins tu peux avoir l&rsquo;impression que c&rsquo;est ce que tu fais. Le r&eacute;sultat est bluffant&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qu-il-y-a-dans-une-pizza-la-cro-te-de-chou-fleur\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;il y a dans une pizza &agrave; la cro&ucirc;te de chou-fleur ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce dont tu as besoin pour faire la pizza &agrave; la cro&ucirc;te de chou-fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Les trois ingr&eacute;dients&nbsp;principaux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des graines de lin <\/strong>&ndash; pour que la p&acirc;te tienne, j&rsquo;ai remu&eacute; des graines fra&icirc;chement moulues et de l&rsquo;eau ensemble et j&rsquo;ai laiss&eacute; reposer la mixture jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce qu&rsquo;une substance g&eacute;latineuse style blanc d&rsquo;&oelig;uf se forme. On appelle &ccedil;a un &laquo; &oelig;uf de lin &raquo;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du chou-fleur <\/strong>&ndash; choisis un chou-fleur moyen frais. C&rsquo;est avec &ccedil;a que tu r&eacute;aliseras ta p&acirc;te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des amandes naturelles<\/strong> &ndash; &agrave; moudre. De la farine d&rsquo;amande commerciale fera l&rsquo;affaire aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Les assaisonnements&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De la poudre d&rsquo;ail <\/strong>&ndash; c&rsquo;est difficile pour moi de cuisiner sans ail. L&rsquo;ail en poudre a un go&ucirc;t plus concentr&eacute; que l&rsquo;ail frais. Mais de l&rsquo;ail frais &eacute;cras&eacute; marche ici aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De la poudre d&rsquo;oignon <\/strong>&ndash; je ne peux pas m&rsquo;en passer, non plus. Je l&rsquo;utilise partout pour donner du go&ucirc;t. En poudre, c&rsquo;est le m&ecirc;me principe : le go&ucirc;t est plus concentr&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du persil s&eacute;ch&eacute;<\/strong> &ndash; &ccedil;a ajoute une petite dose de fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du sel <\/strong>&ndash; j&rsquo;utilise toujours du sel de mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Les garnitures&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De la sauce marinara<\/strong> &ndash; j&rsquo;ai pr&eacute;par&eacute; la mienne, mais n&rsquo;importe quelle sauce fonctionne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De l&rsquo;ail tranch&eacute;<\/strong> &ndash; encore de l&rsquo;ail !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De l&rsquo;origan frais<\/strong> &ndash; c&rsquo;est un bon choix pour rappeler le style italien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De la ricotta de noix de macadamia<\/strong> &ndash; <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/comment-faire-du-ricotta-sans-produits-laitiers\/\">un fromage v&eacute;g&eacute;talien &agrave; la fa&ccedil;on ricotta<\/a>. J&rsquo;ai remplac&eacute; le parmesan par une ricotta de noix de macadamia et la prochaine fois, je vais essayer de faire un certain type de chapelure pour ajouter plus de croquant et un contraste de couleur des l&eacute;gumes verts. Joue avec les garnitures.
