C&rsquo;est probablement l'une des principales raisons. C'est comme si tu essayais de sauter par-dessus de grands immeubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tu t&rsquo;impatientes d&rsquo;obtenir TOUTES les recettes &laquo; style fromage &raquo; qui combleront ce vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/lactose-free-ricotta\/\">le fromage est tellement addictif<\/a>. &Ccedil;a l'est vraiment. Vraiment !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H&eacute;, je ne te bl&acirc;me pas. Pour pouvoir lui tourner le dos, il faut &ecirc;tre quelqu'un qui n&rsquo;a jamais vraiment fait preuve d&rsquo;&eacute;gard envers cet aliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que tu sois un&middot;e accro s&eacute;v&egrave;re ou non, le fromage apporte une saveur d&eacute;licieuse, une deuxi&egrave;me couche de saveur &agrave; beaucoup de recettes difficile &agrave; nier. (Bien s&ucirc;r, ce n'est pas le cas si tu d&eacute;testes &ccedil;a.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, qu'est-ce qu'un&middot;e mordu&middot;e du fromage doit faire ? Trouver une solution de remplacement qui satisfera son envie de fromage. C'est cela ! Ben, quelque chose qui s&rsquo;en rapproche, en tout cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tu sais quoi ? Il y a une raison &agrave; cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix de cajou donnent une texture cr&eacute;meuse et ont ce go&ucirc;t particulier que, m&eacute;lang&eacute;es avec les bons ingr&eacute;dients, te donnent quelque chose qui se rapproche vraiment du fromage cr&eacute;meux ou des tartinades au fromage. Tu dois &ecirc;tre comme : &laquo; D'accord, quel est le probl&egrave;me ici ? &raquo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh bien, mon ami&middot;e, si tu as des allergies aux noix de cajou, tu pourrais avoir tendance &agrave; &eacute;viter compl&egrave;tement les fromages de noix de cajou. (En fait, tu pourrais ne pas avoir de r&eacute;actions si tu as une allergie g&eacute;n&eacute;rale aux noix parce que la noix de cajou n'est pas techniquement une noix. C'est plut&ocirc;t une l&eacute;gumineuse. Mais celle-ci t&rsquo;&eacute;tonnera vraiment. J'ai re&ccedil;u cette recette lorsque j'enseignais en tant que professeure de cuisine vivante et je vais la partager avec toi ! Wout ! Wout !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette originale fait appel &agrave; deux ingr&eacute;dients principaux : la macadamia et le citron. Tu avez bien lu ! Seulement deux ingr&eacute;dients principaux ! Ensuite, tu ajoutes de l'eau et du sel, que nous n'appellerons pas &laquo; ingr&eacute;dients &raquo;, car tu ne manques jamais d'eau et de la plupart des &eacute;pices (Un petit secret de l'industrie : c'est ainsi que la plupart des livres de recettes te flouent en te disant : ceci ou cela avec 5 ingr&eacute;dients ! Ceci ou cela avec 10 ingr&eacute;dients !)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D'accord, je sais, je sais&hellip; Les noix de macadamia sont ch&egrave;res et c'est peut-&ecirc;tre pourquoi les gens choisissent plut&ocirc;t les noix de cajou ou les amandes. Mais j'ai fait quelque chose d&rsquo;astucieux pour t&rsquo;aider &agrave; r&eacute;duire les co&ucirc;ts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai divis&eacute; la quantit&eacute; originale avec des amandes blanchies. Cette recette figure en fait dans&nbsp;mon livre de cuisine &eacute;lectronique que j'ai lanc&eacute; r&eacute;cemment. Ici, tu ajoutes simplement les ingr&eacute;dients dans un robot culinaire et c'est tout. Tu peux soit moudre les noix en premier et ajouter le reste des ingr&eacute;dients apr&egrave;s, soit m&eacute;langer le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Toujours utiliser un robot culinaire au lieu d'un m&eacute;langeur pour donner plus de texture &agrave; tes concoctions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, l'utilisation de noix de macadamia moulues au lieu de produits laitiers ne cr&eacute;era jamais quelque chose qui a le m&ecirc;me go&ucirc;t que l'original, car ces noix rondes ont un go&ucirc;t doux, riche et sucr&eacute;. Quoi qu'il en soit, la ricotta n'a g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement pas une saveur de fromage intense, tu ne seras donc pas trop loin de celle-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais une fois trait&eacute;es, les noix de macadamia se transforment comme par magie en p&acirc;te &agrave; tartiner avec une texture remarquablement similaire &agrave; la ricotta ferme, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; leur teneur &eacute;lev&eacute;e en mati&egrave;res grasses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jus de citron est utilis&eacute; pour un peu d'acidit&eacute; et le sel pour la salinit&eacute;. Pour plus de saveur, tu peux ajouter de la levure nutritionnelle pour te rapprocher un peu du fromage et une pinc&eacute;e de poudre d'ail (ou d'ail frais) pour une profondeur de saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est une recette de base parfaite avec laquelle on peut jouer. Essaye d'ajouter des herbes ou d'autres &eacute;pices. Tu peux utiliser ce fromage v&eacute;g&eacute;talien fait maison n'importe o&ugrave;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Farcis-le dans des raviolis ou des cannoli (n'ajoute pas d'&eacute;pices am&egrave;res, cependant).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Mets-le sur de la <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/facile-pizza-vegetalienne-a-la-croute-de-chou-fleur\/\">pizza<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Incorpore-la dans les salades.&nbsp;<\/li><li>M&eacute;lange-le dans des recettes de p&acirc;tes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Glisse-le dans des sandwichs.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ou d&eacute;vore-le en trempette avec des craquelins ou des l&eacute;gumes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr&eacute;pare &ccedil;a maintenant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trouver un remplacement au fromage ricotta laitier &ndash; dans une texture et un go&ucirc;t quelque peu similaires &ndash; est vraiment possible avec des ingr&eacute;dients comme les noix de macadamia. Tu n'as pas &agrave; t&rsquo;en tenir uniquement aux noix de cajou ou aux amandes couramment utilis&eacute;es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilise ces minuscules galets blancs et l&eacute;g&egrave;rement aromatis&eacute;s ou divise-les avec des amandes, comme je l'ai fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr&acirc;ce aux nombreuses fa&ccedil;ons d'ajouter cette ricotta rapide non laiti&egrave;re, tu peux maintenant passer plus paisiblement &agrave; un r&eacute;gime v&eacute;g&eacute;talien ou &agrave; un r&eacute;gime sans produits laitiers. Tu peux maintenant combler le vide.
