Pour obtenir un aspect de peau rid&eacute;e, tu dois tremper les fleurons de chou-fleur dans une p&acirc;te et les paner. Certaines recettes utilisent uniquement de la farine, mais l'ajout de chapelure est essentiel pour les rendre croustillantes avant de les recouvrir de sauce. (La chapelure sans gluten peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e &agrave; la place, mais tu voudras peut-&ecirc;tre les griller pour les rendre plus croustillants.)<br>2. Your batter can&rsquo;t be too watery, or else it will not cling to the cauliflower and the 'wings' will be soggy. Oh, and you need to make sure the cauliflower is not overly coated with the batter, or else it will pool on the baking sheet. Drain as much as possible.<br>3. Je suis une mauviette totale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette sauce contient principalement des ingr&eacute;dients sains comme les tomates s&eacute;ch&eacute;es au soleil et le piment chipotle s&eacute;ch&eacute;, qui sont pr&eacute;alablement tremp&eacute;s pour les ramollir. (Si tu ne veux pas t&rsquo;emb&ecirc;ter avec cette &eacute;tape, eh bien, je ne te jugerai pas si tu utilises une sauce achet&eacute;e en magasin, d'accord ?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque importante ! Tu dois commencer &agrave; tremper les piments s&eacute;ch&eacute;s &agrave; l'avance, au moins 2 heures. Id&eacute;alement, fais-le un jour avant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sauce est ensuite &eacute;pic&eacute;e avec du vinaigre de cidre de pomme pour l'acidit&eacute;, du gingembre et de la moutarde pour le go&ucirc;t piquant, et d'autres &eacute;pices pour la profondeur du go&ucirc;t. Si tu ne trouves pas de chipotle s&eacute;ch&eacute;, tu peux le remplacer par des flocons secs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette de la sauce &laquo;&nbsp;BBQ &raquo; vient de mes collections de recettes de mes jours de nourriture crue. Je l'ai adapt&eacute;e pour la faire avec moins d'ingr&eacute;dients. Je devrais simplement l'appeler une sauce piquante douce, en fait (et laisser tomber les guillemets pendant que j'y suis). L'autre jour, mon homme a invit&eacute; un coll&egrave;gue &agrave; d&icirc;ner et il m'a dit&nbsp;: &laquo;&nbsp;Non, ce n'est pas une sauce barbecue. Mais je suis &eacute;tonn&eacute; du go&ucirc;t, cependant&nbsp;! &raquo; &#128542;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant ma vinaigrette de ranch&nbsp;? J'en &eacute;tais vraiment contente. Je l'ai faite avec du lait d'amande fait maison (n'importe quel lait v&eacute;g&eacute;tal fera l'affaire), des noix de cajou, de la levure nutritionnelle, des &eacute;pices et des herbes. Les saveurs &eacute;taient bien &eacute;quilibr&eacute;es, donc la vinaigrette &eacute;tait pr&ecirc;te &agrave; recevoir mes bouch&eacute;es de chou-fleur &agrave; bras ouverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Des bouch&eacute;es de chou-fleur &agrave; s&rsquo;en l&eacute;cher les doigts que tous les mangeurs de viande adoreront<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'avais envie de les faire pour le week-end du Super Bowl en f&eacute;vrier dernier, mais je n'ai pas eu de chance. Mais mes tentations de les pr&eacute;parer ne m'ont jamais quitt&eacute;. Pour le mois de juillet, je me suis sentie inspir&eacute;e pour cr&eacute;er des recettes en lien avec des barbecues ou des piques-niques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chou-fleur est coup&eacute; en fleurons avec des pointes ressemblant &agrave; un pilon. (Ne t'inqui&egrave;te pas s'ils ne leur ressemblent pas &agrave; un tee-shirt. Fais de ton mieux.)
