Les lentilles sont top ! Elles ont une bonne valeur nutritionnelle et font fait partie des v&eacute;g&eacute;taux les plus riches en prot&eacute;ines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouaip ! Lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont bouillies, ces graines contiennent environ 18 g de prot&eacute;ines par tasse. Bon, peut-&ecirc;tre que tu n&rsquo;arrives pas &agrave; &eacute;valuer &agrave; quel point c&rsquo;est une bonne chose, alors laisse-moi te l&rsquo;expliquer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour savoir combien de prot&eacute;ines tu as besoin par jour, tu prends ton poids en kilogrammes, puis tu le multiplies par 0,8. Tu changes les unit&eacute;s de kilogrammes &agrave; grammes et c&rsquo;est ton besoin quotidien. Et si je devais diviser cela par 3 repas, j&rsquo;aurais besoin de 14,4 g de prot&eacute;ines par repas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque importante ! Diviser ton besoin en prot&eacute;ines par repas est juste pour te donner une id&eacute;e. Ce n&rsquo;est pas la r&egrave;gle. Tu pourrais prendre un repas avec moins ou pas de prot&eacute;ines et te rattraper lors d&rsquo;autres repas.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc maintenant, si j&rsquo;ai un poids sant&eacute; de 54 kg (120 livres) et je mange une tasse de lentilles, je r&eacute;pondrais compl&egrave;tement &agrave; mon exigence de prot&eacute;ines, car ils fournissent 18 g de prot&eacute;ines \/ tasse. N&rsquo;est-ce pas g&eacute;nial ? Je t&rsquo;ai dit que les lentilles &eacute;taient g&eacute;niales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petit d&eacute;tail &agrave; ne pas n&eacute;gliger, c&rsquo;est effectivement g&eacute;nial seulement si&nbsp; tu absorbes bien tes nutriments. Et &ccedil;a, c&rsquo;est difficile &agrave; mesurer, alors essaie de d&eacute;passer les besoins quotidiens minimaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"quest-ce-qui-va-bien-avec-une-salade-de-lentille\"   >Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui va bien avec une salade de lentille ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, sache qu&rsquo;il y a plusieurs vari&eacute;t&eacute;s de lentilles : les lentilles vertes, les lentilles rouges, les lentilles b&eacute;luga, les lentilles Puy&hellip; tu ne risques pas de t&rsquo;ennuyer. Elles varient en forme et en go&ucirc;t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, il y a plein d&rsquo;autres ingr&eacute;dients qui se m&eacute;langent &agrave; merveille avec les lentilles. Ma salade est un m&eacute;lange de lentilles, d&rsquo;orge perl&eacute; et de patates douces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the ingredients for my lentil salad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les ingr&eacute;dients pour ma salade de lentilles :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-les-ingr-dients-principaux\"><strong>Les ingr&eacute;dients <strong>principaux<\/strong>&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Orge perl&eacute; &ndash;<\/strong> c&rsquo;est une c&eacute;r&eacute;ale constitu&eacute; d&rsquo;un grain auquel on a retir&eacute; son enveloppe fibreuse pour le rendre comestible. On lui retire &eacute;galement sa couche externe de son pour le polir et lui donner l&rsquo;aspect lustr&eacute; d&rsquo;une perle. J&rsquo;ai commenc&eacute; par r&ocirc;tir les patates douces &mdash; avec la peau pour la rendre plus rustique &mdash; avec des tomates cerises au four. Utilise des patates douces biologiques plut&ocirc;t que conventionnelles, qui ont tendance &agrave; avoir un go&ucirc;t plus fade.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, j&rsquo;ai fait bouillir l&rsquo;orge perl&eacute; et les lentilles s&eacute;par&eacute;ment. Les types de lentilles que j&rsquo;ai utilis&eacute;es &eacute;taient des lentilles Beluga mignonnes qui me restaient d&rsquo;une autre recette.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu utilises d&rsquo;autres types de lentilles, elles risquent de ne pas tenir leur forme aussi bien &mdash; surtout les rouges, tiens-toi loin d&rsquo;elles pour cette recette &agrave; moins de vouloir une bouillie. Tu pourras t&rsquo;en sortir avec des lentilles de Puy (lentilles fran&ccedil;aises).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&Agrave; la fin pr&egrave;s, j&rsquo;ai cuit &agrave; la vapeur du brocoli sur l&rsquo;une des casseroles bouillantes pour me faire gagner du temps et du nettoyage. S&rsquo;il y a quelque chose que je d&eacute;teste faire le plus, c&rsquo;est &ccedil;a. J&rsquo;essaie donc toujours de trouver des moyens intelligents d&rsquo;&eacute;viter cela, comme mettre la couverture de mon robot culinaire dans un sac en plastique transparent. Ha ! Connaissiez-vous ce truc ? Quoi ?? Appelle-moi paresseuse, je m&rsquo;en fiche. &#128540;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir le plat, j&rsquo;ai pr&eacute;par&eacute; une vinaigrette &agrave; la moutarde, tout m&eacute;lang&eacute; et voil&agrave; ! Trop facile, hein ? Tu peux faire tout &ccedil;a en 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"quel-gout-a-cette-salade-de-lentilles\"   >Quel go&ucirc;t a cette salade de lentilles ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lentilles sont si polyvalentes. Voici d&rsquo;autres id&eacute;es de salade de lentilles que j&rsquo;ai d&eacute;j&agrave; pr&eacute;par&eacute;es et que j&rsquo;ai dans ma mire :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Salade de lentilles avec des betteraves et des &eacute;pinards (recette de Yotam Ottolenghi)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Salade de lentilles avec des grenades et une vinaigrette de grenade&nbsp;<\/li><li>Salade de lentilles avec du quinoa et des &eacute;pinards&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Salade de lentilles avec des courgettes&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre des salades, tu peux mettre des lentilles dans les soupes, les salades, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/follement-fermes-burgers-vege-aux-haricots-noirs\/\">les galettes v&eacute;g&eacute;tariennes,<\/a> etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat est une bonne salade pour le lunch au travail ! Tu peux la manger chaude ou froide.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux &eacute;galement la mettre dans des burritos, la m&eacute;langer dans des salades vertes &mdash; si elles te manquent vraiment &mdash; comme les &eacute;pinards, ou les ajouter dans une soupe de tomates simple.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"prepare-ce-plat-maintenant\"   >Pr&eacute;pare ce plat maintenant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, tu veux te passer des salades vertes ennuyeuses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tu peux changer la fa&ccedil;on de les pr&eacute;parer de fa&ccedil;on cr&eacute;ative. Elles ne sont pas oblig&eacute;es d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre vertes seulement.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux faire des salades color&eacute;es avec d&rsquo;autres l&eacute;gumes. Elles peuvent &ecirc;tre peu croquantes avec des grains.
