La boisson traditionnelle qui pince nos joues. La sorte qui m'apaisera. La sorte qui me fera rechargera comme si je respirais de l'air frais autour des chutes du Niagara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu te sens d&eacute;shydrat&eacute;&middot;e, somnolent&middot;e, lent&middot;e, comme un chien qui se prom&egrave;ne avec la langue qui pend, il est peut-&ecirc;tre temps d&rsquo;un remontant avec de la vraie limonade fra&icirc;che.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pst ! You dissolve sugar in heated water (in equal parts) and that's it. It&rsquo;s that simple (hence the name maybe?) Now here are my thoughts on this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avaler du sirop simple, c'est comme coller une aiguille dans ton bras avec de l'h&eacute;ro&iuml;ne liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce une d&eacute;claration trop scandaleuse ? Aujourd'hui, il est bien connu que le sucre cr&eacute;e une d&eacute;pendance &mdash; tout comme l'h&eacute;ro&iuml;ne liquide et sirupeuse (tu vois l'analogie ?). Et nous en mangeons trop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2009-2010, des rapports ont montr&eacute; que les Am&eacute;ricains consomment environ 18 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; de sucre ajout&eacute; par jour lorsque, selon l'American Heart Association,&nbsp;la limite quotidienne pour une femme est de 6 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; (20-25 grammes ou 100 calories) et 9 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; ( 30-37,5 grammes ou 150 calories) pour un homme. Si tu d&eacute;passes cette limite, il ne serait pas scandaleux de dire que tu surdoses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-faire-de-la-limonade-sans-sirop-simple\"   >comment faire de la limonade sans sirop simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des limonades commerciales et m&ecirc;me faites maison sont charg&eacute;es de sucre. Elles sont g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement sucr&eacute;es avec du sirop simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devrais-tu donc &eacute;liminer le sucre ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh bien, manger sans sucre serait le mieux. Manger des sucres naturels de fruits serait plus sage. Mais, l'ajout d'&eacute;dulcorants naturels peut &ecirc;tre la r&eacute;ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que certains &eacute;dulcorants naturels comme le sucre de canne, le sirop d'&eacute;rable, le nectar d'agave ou le miel (non v&eacute;g&eacute;talien) contiennent certains min&eacute;raux par rapport au sucre blanc raffin&eacute;, qui n'en a pas. Mais attendez :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les &eacute;dulcorants naturels pourraient &ecirc;tre de meilleures alternatives, mais ils ne sont pas plus sains.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils restent encore raffin&eacute;s, riches en calories et d&eacute;pourvus de fibres. Ils augmenteront ta glyc&eacute;mie et provoqueront des hauts et des bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&Eacute;coute, je sais que nous ne pouvons pas tous &ecirc;tre parfaits. Alors je dis toujours : lorsque tu choisis quelque chose de malsain, choisis le moindre mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j'ai fait. Pour cr&eacute;er mon mocktail, mon &eacute;dulcorant de choix &eacute;tait le sirop d'&eacute;rable pour faire du sirop d'&eacute;rable simple. Je vais te dire dans un instant comment je l'ai fait, mais pour l'instant, je te conseille de le faire d'abord comme ingr&eacute;dient autonome, puis de l'ajouter &agrave; ta limonade. Apparemment, c'est le meilleur rapport pour remplacer le sucre, car 1 tasse de sucre contient plus d'air, plus d'espace entre les cristaux. J'ai ensuite infus&eacute; le m&eacute;lange avec quelques brins de thym citron et de gingembre r&acirc;p&eacute; (le gingembre en tranches est montr&eacute; sur l'image) jusqu'&agrave; ce qu'il mijote. Apr&egrave;s, je l'ai laiss&eacute; refroidir pendant que le thym et le gingembre sont infus&eacute;s pour plus de saveur. J'ai r&eacute;introduit le thym citronn&eacute; frais et le gingembre tendu &agrave; la limonade pour rehausser la saveur. J'ai r&eacute;frig&eacute;r&eacute; la boisson pendant quelques heures et l'ai servie sur de la glace avec des garnitures de zeste de citron et de thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"quel-gout-a-la-limonade-au-gingembre-et-au-thym\"   >Quel go&ucirc;t a la limonade au gingembre et au thym ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette limonade est acidul&eacute;e, mais elle n'est pas &eacute;crasante. Je ne suis pas une fan de limonade sucr&eacute;e &eacute;c&oelig;urante, donc cela me convient parfaitement. Si tu aimes le tien plus sucr&eacute;, il devrait y avoir suffisamment de sirop simple pour le sucrer. Les saveurs de gingembre et de thym sont subtiles, et le sirop d'&eacute;rable donne une saveur distinctive comme celle du th&eacute; glac&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux que le gingembre soit subtil, tu peux ajouter du gingembre en tranches au lieu du gingembre r&acirc;p&eacute; dans le sirop simple &agrave; l'&eacute;rable infus&eacute;. En parlant de sirop simple infus&eacute;, sois cr&eacute;ative. Pense &agrave; ajouter des gousses de vanille, des b&acirc;tons de cannelle, des clous de girofle, des piments frais ou s&eacute;ch&eacute;s, diverses &eacute;corces d'agrumes comme le pamplemousse ou le citron vert, la menthe ou d'autres herbes fra&icirc;ches, ou m&ecirc;me des fleurs comestibles comme la lavande ou les p&eacute;tales de rose. Et dans ta limonade, pense &agrave; ajouter du concombre pour une touche unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est &eacute;galement incroyable m&eacute;lang&eacute; avec du th&eacute; glac&eacute; ou arros&eacute; d&rsquo;un peu de vodka, de gin, de whisky ou d'alcool de choix. Trinquons &agrave; &ccedil;a !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"prepare-cette-boisson-au-thym-parfaite-pour-lete-maintenant\"   >Pr&eacute;pare cette boisson au thym parfaite pour l'&eacute;t&eacute; maintenant !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons tous convenir que les saveurs aigres-douces de la vraie limonade semblent faire mouche comme rien d'autre par une chaude journ&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But beware of which lemonade you choose as a refreshment. Commercial \"old-fashioned\" lemonade is often just as sugary as its colorless cousin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la sorte fra&icirc;che faite avec des &eacute;dulcorants naturels est un meilleur candidat pour &eacute;tancher ta soif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors fais-t&rsquo;en un lot. Assure-toi d'ajouter beaucoup de gla&ccedil;ons. (C&rsquo;est mieux quand c&rsquo;est glac&eacute;.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, assieds-toi dehors sur ta v&eacute;randa, ta terrasse ou tes marches devant ton entr&eacute;e et attends avec impatience les jours plus ensoleill&eacute;s, les apr&egrave;s-midi d'&eacute;t&eacute; et les week-ends paresseux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou mieux encore, prom&egrave;ne-toi dans le quartier en chantant la chanson de Snoop Dog (modifi&eacute;e) : &laquo; Rollin&rsquo; down the street, smoking fresh air, sipping on lemon juice. Laid back (with my mind on my health and my health on my mind). &raquo; (N.d.T. &laquo; je roule dans la rue, en humant de l'air frais, en sirotant du jus de citron.
