Si tu es comme moi, tu ne voudrais pas te sentir mis&middot;e &agrave; l'&eacute;cart ou priv&eacute;&middot;e de ce plat traditionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ben, tu sais quoi ? J'ai trouv&eacute; un moyen de le v&eacute;g&eacute;taliser, mon ami&middot;e ! Il te faudra donc&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \/ Le bon type de pain&nbsp;: le pain blanc ramollira et perdra sa forme en d&eacute;s et apr&egrave;s la cuisson. Il vaut donc mieux choisir un pain plus ferme. J'ai choisi du pain au levain. Mais le pain de bl&eacute; et le pain ciabatta, apparemment, feront aussi l'affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \/ Un pain sec&nbsp;: l'id&eacute;e est de transformer le pain en chapelure. Tu peux s&eacute;cher ton pain en le laissant reposer sur le comptoir toute la nuit ou en le mettant au four pendant quelques minutes. Je pense m&ecirc;me que tu pourrais le mettre dans ton grille-pain &agrave; faible intensit&eacute; &mdash; une m&eacute;thode encore plus rapide (oh oui&nbsp;! Je suis pour &#128587;&zwj;&#9792;&#65039;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \/ &laquo;&nbsp;Assez d'espace&nbsp;&raquo; entre tes morceaux de pain&nbsp;: une fois le pain coup&eacute; en morceaux, je te conseille de les &eacute;taler sur une grande surface d'un plat allant au four. Cela les aidera &agrave; finir avec une texture croustillante lors de la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que tu comprends cela, tu peux vivifier ta farce avec d'autres ingr&eacute;dients sans probl&egrave;me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Et ce n'est vraiment pas compliqu&eacute;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu sais, j'ai essay&eacute; de plonger profond&eacute;ment dans mes souvenirs pour me souvenir de la premi&egrave;re fois que j'ai go&ucirc;t&eacute; cette d&eacute;licatesse et je suis revenue les mains vides. Les mains vides comme un malheureux pirate revenant d'une chasse au tr&eacute;sor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela n'a pas d'importance, cependant. Ma premi&egrave;re impression est maintenant grav&eacute;e dans ma m&eacute;moire et, ces derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es, j'ai vu de la dinde r&ocirc;tie accompagn&eacute;e de farce assez souvent pour &ecirc;tre inspir&eacute;e &agrave; la recr&eacute;er &mdash; seule, comme plat d'accompagnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu te demandes &agrave; quel point ce sera all&eacute;chant, hein&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r&egrave;gle g&eacute;n&eacute;rale, le jus de dinde agit comme un exhausteur de go&ucirc;t. En fait, c'est ce qui donne le go&ucirc;t umami (un terme japonais signifiant savoureux). Plusieurs recettes incluent le c&eacute;leri, mais je ne l'ai pas fait ici parce que, je ne sais pas, je voulais &ecirc;tre un peu diff&eacute;rente. Quoi qu'il en soit, je suis totalement d'accord avec cette combinaison d'herbes. Ils ajoutent une profondeur d'ar&ocirc;mes qui va bien avec n'importe quel type de volaille &mdash; h&eacute;&nbsp;! ma volaille est invisible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que ce sont les herbes de pr&eacute;dilection de la recette traditionnelle. Et je comprends pourquoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le plat &eacute;tait en train de cuire, ils ont parfum&eacute; ma cuisine avec un parfum si agr&eacute;able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlons maintenant du bouillon. Plus t&ocirc;t, j'ai mentionn&eacute; le jus de dinde. Dans cette recette v&eacute;g&eacute;talienne, le bouillon (un bouillon de l&eacute;gumes, &eacute;videmment) sera celui qui va recr&eacute;er le go&ucirc;t &laquo;&nbsp;charnu&nbsp;&raquo;, l'umami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu te souviens de mes champignons saut&eacute;s&nbsp;? Je leur ai donn&eacute; le r&ocirc;le de l'intensifier pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment, dans le go&ucirc;t et la texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je ne me suis pas arr&ecirc;t&eacute;e l&agrave;&nbsp;! Les saveurs explosent dans ta bouche. Parce qu'elle est souvent faite avec ou &agrave; partir de viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et lorsque cela se produit, tu es pr&ecirc;t&middot;e &agrave; sonner le glas de ta d&eacute;gustation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il n'est pas n&eacute;cessaire qu'il en soit ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux transformer la farce traditionnelle en un plat agr&eacute;able du m&ecirc;me calibre. Tu n'as pas besoin de grand-chose.
