Je d&eacute;veloppe une sorte de <em><em>cuisinite<\/em>, une fl&eacute;mingite de la cuisine. Le lendemain d&rsquo;une soir&eacute;e de boustifaille, de consommation de vin et de s&eacute;rieux d&eacute;hanchements, j&rsquo;ai juste envie de rester emmitoufl&eacute;e sous mes couvertures &eacute;paisses et de roupiller toute la journ&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque, enfin, je r&eacute;ussis &agrave; me sortir du lit et &agrave; traverser la cuisine, je suis g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement frapp&eacute;e par une sc&egrave;ne saisissante, la sc&egrave;ne de ma cuisine exposant au grand jour, telle une exhibitionniste, tout ce qui aurait lieu d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre des parties d&eacute;rob&eacute;es. Un vrai d&eacute;sastre. Un champ de bataille. Un chaos total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d&eacute;teste qu&rsquo;un quelconque objet me transperce la peau, mais si un animal immonde et f&eacute;roce traversait ma cuisine et qu&rsquo;un chasseur &eacute;m&eacute;rite &agrave; ses trousses avait tir&eacute; et m&rsquo;avait touch&eacute;e par inadvertance avec sa fl&egrave;che empoisonn&eacute;e, je l&rsquo;en aurais remerci&eacute;. Je l&rsquo;aurais remerci&eacute; de m&rsquo;avoir ramen&eacute;e dans les bras de Morph&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est &eacute;vident que je ne n&rsquo;aspire pas &agrave; cuisiner dans de telles conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heureusement que je reviens toujours de ces repas festifs avec assez de restes de mes plats. Parce que je fais toujours beaucoup trop de bouffe pour ce genre d&rsquo;occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est tant mieux. Mais tout de m&ecirc;me, je me demande bien ce qui g&icirc;t dans le tr&eacute;fonds de mon &acirc;me sans doute perturb&eacute;e. Mon cher chou, qui ou que repr&eacute;sentes-tu r&eacute;ellement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, tu utilises l&rsquo;effet du froid &agrave; ton avantage plut&ocirc;t que celui de la chaleur. La premi&egrave;re &eacute;tape consiste &agrave; enlever les feuilles coriaces et ab&icirc;m&eacute;es du chou. Ensuite, apr&egrave;s l&rsquo;avoir bien rinc&eacute; et &eacute;pong&eacute;, tu le places dans un sac en plastique avec fermeture. Mais apr&egrave;s je me suis ravis&eacute;e. Quand on est dans une cuisine chaotique, ma ch&egrave;re amie, a-t-on vraiment envie de se lancer dans une histoire extravagante ? Cette op&eacute;ration requiert plus d&rsquo;&eacute;tapes qu&rsquo;une flemmarde ne peut en tol&eacute;rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, apr&egrave;s r&eacute;flexion, des restes de farce n&rsquo;auraient pas suffi pour une recette aussi &eacute;labor&eacute;e que celle-ci. Alors, j&rsquo;ai d&ucirc; couper les coins ronds. J&rsquo;ai remplac&eacute; cette id&eacute;e utopique par des cigares au chou, un plat qu&rsquo;on peut pr&eacute;parer en deux trois mouvements. Oh ! Chou entier farci ! La farce, si tu t&rsquo;en souviens, l&eacute;g&egrave;rement agr&eacute;ment&eacute;e de la douceur des raisins secs, de l&rsquo;acidit&eacute; des pommes vertes et du croquant r&ocirc;ti des noix de Grenoble, ne s&rsquo;&eacute;teint pas devant le go&ucirc;t riche, rond et voluptueux de la sauce tomate. Ma satisfaction &eacute;tait telle que j&rsquo;ai d&eacute;vor&eacute; mes bouch&eacute;es jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la derni&egrave;re miette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout seuls, ces rouleaux ne te rempliront pas &agrave; sati&eacute;t&eacute;, alors accompagne-les avec une pur&eacute;e de pommes de terre, du quinoa, du tofu ou une salade verte, par exemple.
