Vient ensuite un petit d&eacute;fil&eacute; anim&eacute; d&rsquo;&eacute;pices. Les pois chiches y sont d&rsquo;abord ajout&eacute;s pour participer au carnaval, puis une partie est enlev&eacute;e de l&agrave; pour la garniture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr&egrave;s quoi, s&rsquo;ensuivent les versements de liquides savoureux pour en finir avec des feuilles corpulentes, qui ne tardent pas &agrave; s&rsquo;attendrir peu de temps apr&egrave;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, voici ce dont tu auras besoin :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"main-ingredientsnbsp-6bef3b85-1c31-439d-b957-5702e58f22f2\"><strong>Les ingredients principaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Pois chiches &ndash;<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai utilis&eacute; des pois chiches secs tremp&eacute;s dans l&rsquo;eau la veille avec 2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; de bicarbonate de soude. Je favorise toujours des ingr&eacute;dients &laquo; frais &raquo;. La bicarbonate de soude alcalinise l&rsquo;eau, ce qui permet de ramollir la peau des pois chiches plus rapidement. Mais si tu oublies cette &eacute;tape, ce n&rsquo;est pas la fin du monde, tu peux prendre une bo&icirc;te en conserve &agrave; la place.<\/li><li><strong>Lait de coco &ndash;<\/strong> il est entier pour apporter plus de saveur. Si tu crains les calories, tu peux choisir l&rsquo;option l&eacute;g&egrave;re, mais tu auras plus d&rsquo;eau et un peu moins de miam miam.<\/li><li><strong>Bouillon de l&eacute;gumes &ndash;<\/strong> en g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, je mets toujours des cubes de bouillon de l&eacute;gume, car je trouve &ccedil;a plus facile de jauger le go&ucirc;t et parce qu&rsquo;ils contiennent pas autant d&rsquo;ingr&eacute;dients qui ne m&rsquo;int&eacute;ressent pas. [photo : pois chiche dor&eacute; dans la casserole]&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ R&eacute;server la moiti&eacute; des pois chiches pour la garniture et &eacute;craser l&rsquo;autre moiti&eacute; pour &eacute;paissir le rago&ucirc;t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le lait de coco, le bouillon de l&eacute;gumes et le piment et laisser &eacute;paissir (30-35 min). [photo : feuilles d&eacute;chir&eacute;es dans la casserole]&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/ R&eacute;partir dans des bols et garnir de menthe, de pois chiches r&eacute;serv&eacute;s, d'une pinc&eacute;e de chili broy&eacute; et d'un filet d'huile d'olive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\/&nbsp; Servir facultativement avec du yogourt de noix de cajou. [photo : bols bien pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-bien-reussir-ce-ragout\"  >Comment bien r&eacute;ussir ce rago&ucirc;t ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est assez simple. Seulement, tu dois pr&ecirc;ter attention &agrave; la texture &eacute;paisse de ce rago&ucirc;t.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, si jamais tu trouves que le liquide de la soupe est trop aqueuse, tu peux l&rsquo;&eacute;paissir de plusieurs fa&ccedil;ons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Option n<sup>o<\/sup> 1 : r&eacute;duire le liquide &agrave; la cuisson ;<\/li><li>Option n<sup>o<\/sup> 2 : ajouter plus de lait de noix de coco entier ;<\/li><li>Option n<sup>o<\/sup> 3 : injecter de l&rsquo;amidon f&eacute;culent provenant des pois chiches ;<\/li><li>Option n<sup>o<\/sup> 4 : ajouter un &eacute;paississant en poudre comme de la farine de pois chiche ou autre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux avoir quelque chose de l&eacute;ger, je te conseille de ne pas ajouter plus de lait de noix de coco surtout s&rsquo;il est riche. L&rsquo;option la plus rapide, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;injecter plus d&rsquo;amidon f&eacute;culent en &eacute;crasant les pois chiches ou en ajoutant de la farine de pois chiche, si tu en as. Peut-&ecirc;tre une cuill&egrave;re &agrave; soupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"dautres-variantes\"  >D&rsquo;autres variantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s&ucirc;r, il y a la recette originale d&rsquo;Alison Roman du New York Times, appel&eacute;e rago&ucirc;t de pois chiches &eacute;pic&eacute;s au curcuma et &agrave; la noix de coco. Elle est assez populaire, &agrave; tel point qu&rsquo;elle a explos&eacute; sur Internet et qu&rsquo;on l&rsquo;appelait Le Rago&ucirc;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, j&rsquo;ai l&eacute;g&egrave;rement modifi&eacute; sa recette. Aussi, la sienne comportait plus de lait de noix de coco. Cependant, mon ventre n&rsquo;a pas pu bien le tol&eacute;rer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr&egrave;s, tu peux mettre d&rsquo;autres types de verdure &agrave; la place de la bette &agrave; carde. Par exemple, des &eacute;pinards ou du chou fris&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, tu peux ajouter des nouilles dedans, si &ccedil;a te tente. Comme du penne ou de l&rsquo;orzo. Ceci me rappelle la soupe jaune ha&iuml;tienne, qui est faite &agrave; base de courge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"avec-quoi-servir-le-ragout-de-pois-chiches-epices\"  >Avec quoi servir le rago&ucirc;t de pois chiches &eacute;pic&eacute;s ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Honn&ecirc;tement, tu peux en faire ton repas seulement et l&rsquo;accompagner avec du pain pita grill&eacute;. Comme il contient une bon apport de prot&eacute;ines, ce rago&ucirc;t est tr&egrave;s rassasiant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rago&ucirc;t peut &ecirc;tre servi dans deux styles diff&eacute;rents : facultativement avec un quart de tasse de <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/cauliflower-and-cumin-fritters-with-lime-cashew-nut-yogurt-sauce\/\">yogourt de noix de cajou<\/a> pour adoucir et att&eacute;nuer les saveurs ou sans yogourt&nbsp;; garni de menthe fra&icirc;che ou de coriandre fra&icirc;che. J&rsquo;ai ador&eacute; la menthe fra&icirc;che. &Ccedil;a apportait une fra&icirc;cheur excentrique en bouche. Peu importe, ce plat est encore meilleur le deuxi&egrave;me ou troisi&egrave;me jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais si tu veux le servir comme premier service, voici quelques id&eacute;es d&rsquo;accompagnement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Rago&ucirc;t de pois chiches avec du riz et des l&eacute;gumes<\/li><li>Rago&ucirc;t de pois chiches avec du couscous et des l&eacute;gumes<\/li><li>Rago&ucirc;t de pois chiches avec de la polenta et des l&eacute;gumes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces suggestions peuvent &ecirc;tre servies dans une autre assiette ou, si ton rago&ucirc;t est assez &eacute;pais, il peut agir en tant que curry et reposer sur un lit de riz, de couscous ou de polenta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"prepare-ce-ragout-de-pois-chiche-maintenant\"  >Pr&eacute;pare ce rago&ucirc;t de pois chiche maintenant&nbsp;!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as tout &agrave; gagner quand tu pr&eacute;vois de cuisiner un repas comprenant des pois chiches.
