On a alors un guacamole au cumin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr&egrave;s, quand on veut contraster les textures, on a tendance &agrave; ajouter des tomates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ma recette, j&rsquo;ai remplac&eacute; celles-ci par des tomatilles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tomatilles sont des tomates vertes qui apportent une touche surette. Celle-ci est amplifi&eacute;e par le citron vert qui donne &agrave; cette sauce un go&ucirc;t rafra&icirc;chissant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce guacamole au cumin avec tomatilles est enrichi d&rsquo;une bonne quantit&eacute; d'aromates, apportant une rondeur et de la chaleur. Il est &eacute;galement pourvu d&rsquo;assez gros morceaux. Enfin, il se tient bien sur une croustille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;on met dans un guacamole au cumin ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici tout ce dont tu as besoin : des avocats m&ucirc;rs, de la coriandre, des oignons, du piment jalape&ntilde;o ou Serrano, du citron vert et du sel. &Ccedil;a, c&rsquo;est la base. Des ajouts optionnels populaires incluent : de l&rsquo;ail, des tomates, du cumin moulu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est la voie que j&rsquo;ai prise. Pour concr&eacute;tiser cette recette, comme je n&rsquo;ai pas trouv&eacute; de tomatilles fra&icirc;ches en ce temps hivernal, je les ai achet&eacute;es en conserve, quelque chose que j&rsquo;aime moins faire. Je n&rsquo;aime pas du tout faire &ccedil;a, en fait. Je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re que tous mes ingr&eacute;dients soient 100 % frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je n&rsquo;ai pas &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;&ccedil;ue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&Agrave; la fin, &ccedil;a donne un guacamole avec trois tons de vert : le vert clair du guacamole, le vert olive des tomatilles et le vert for&ecirc;t du jalape&ntilde;o. En tout cas, j&rsquo;ai bien h&acirc;te de la go&ucirc;ter avec des tomatilles fra&icirc;ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-les-ingr-dients-principaux\"><strong>Les ingr&eacute;dients principaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Avocats &ndash;<\/strong> par d&eacute;faut en Am&eacute;rique du Nord, on utilise des avocats Haas.<\/li><li><strong>Tomatilles &ndash;<\/strong> en raison du temps hivernal, elles sont en bo&icirc;tes, mais utilise des fra&icirc;ches d&egrave;s que tu peux en trouver<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-comment-faire-le-guacamole-au-cumin-avec-tomatilles-pas-pas\">Comment faire le guacamole au cumin avec tomatilles pas &agrave; pas&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/ Enrobe la pulpe d'avocat avec du jus de citron vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\/ &Eacute;goutte et r&eacute;serve le jus de citron vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ &Eacute;crase bien l&rsquo;avocat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\/ Ajoute les assaisonnements, puis incorpore les oignons hach&eacute;s, les tomatilles en d&eacute;s, la coriandre cisel&eacute;e et l'ail hach&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/ Ajoute 1 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; soupe du jus de citron vert r&eacute;serv&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\/ Laisse reposer &agrave; temp&eacute;rature ambiante pendant 1 heure avant de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Mes meilleurs conseils pour garder le guacamole vert vif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'avocat brunit lorsqu'il est en contact avec de l'air (appel&eacute; oxydation). Alors, commence par pr&eacute;parer tous tes ingr&eacute;dients avant de couper les avocats en deux. Une fois les avocats coup&eacute;s et la pulpe pr&eacute;lev&eacute;e, enrobe-les avec du jus du citron vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, pour emp&ecirc;cher la pr&eacute;paration de brunir, fais ceci : mets-le dans un r&eacute;cipient herm&eacute;tique. Tape-le pour &eacute;liminer les bulles d'air. Couvre-le d'une fine couche d'huile d'olive ou d'eau ti&egrave;de. L'avocat est si dense qu'il ne l'absorbera pas. Tu n&rsquo;es pas oblig&eacute;&middot;e de te cramponner &agrave; la recette traditionnelle. Tu peux faire ce que tu veux. Par exemple, moi, j&rsquo;ai ajout&eacute; des &eacute;chalottes fran&ccedil;aises, du cumin et des tomatilles pour faire diff&eacute;rent. Normalement, il est pr&eacute;f&eacute;rable d&rsquo;avoir des ingr&eacute;dients frais. Mais si tu n&rsquo;en as pas sous la main &mdash; en parlant des tomates &mdash; ben, tu ne mourras pas si tu mets des tomates en conserves.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici d&rsquo;autres fa&ccedil;ons de pr&eacute;parer le guacamole pour t&rsquo;inspirer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Types d&rsquo;oignons - toutes les sortes sont bonnes.
