J&rsquo;ai cependant apport&eacute; quelques changements pour un, lui donner des attraits nutritifs plus int&eacute;ressants et deux, la convertir en version v&eacute;g&eacute;talienne (peut-on dire la&nbsp;<em>v&eacute;g&eacute;taliser ou v&eacute;ganiser<\/em>?).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma version sans gluten et hyperprot&eacute;in&eacute;e est peut-&ecirc;tre aussi divine que la recette originale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la&nbsp;<em>v&eacute;g&eacute;taliser ou v&eacute;ganiser<\/em>, j&rsquo;ai remplac&eacute; le fromage parmesan par un fromage v&eacute;g&eacute;tal afin de conserver, si l&rsquo;on veut, la m&ecirc;me satisfaction d&eacute;lirante. Tu pourrais omettre cet ingr&eacute;dient, mais tu manquerais toute&nbsp;<em>l'umamiesse&nbsp;<\/em>i caract&eacute;ristique du go&ucirc;t de parmesan. Soyons honn&ecirc;tes : pour beaucoup, il est difficile de se d&eacute;partir du fromage,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/ricotta-sans-lactose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la d&eacute;pendance &eacute;tant si forte<\/a>. Alors, est-il si f&acirc;cheux de ne pas vouloir compl&egrave;tement an&eacute;antir le r&ecirc;ve d&rsquo;en savourer&thinsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honn&ecirc;tement, c&rsquo;est peut-&ecirc;tre les meilleures p&acirc;tes que j&rsquo;ai faites depuis tr&egrave;s, tr&egrave;s longtemps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sauce est comme un alfredo citronn&eacute;. Le jus de citron, asperg&eacute; &agrave; la fin, fait ressortir cette saveur suppl&eacute;mentaire et subtile qui compl&egrave;te ce plat. L&rsquo;effet global est cr&eacute;meux mais pas du tout lourd. C&rsquo;est vif l&agrave; o&ugrave; ta langue touche une feuille de basilic, sal&eacute; l&agrave; o&ugrave; elle touche des petits morceaux de parmesan. Pour la rendre plus nutritive, j&rsquo;ai opt&eacute; pour des p&acirc;tes de l&eacute;gumineuses, des fusilli &agrave; base de pois chiche. Tu peux utiliser n&rsquo;importe quelle autre petite forme de p&acirc;tes de l&eacute;gumineuses existant sur le march&eacute; (rotini, penne, rigatoni, coquilles, etc.). Ici, en Am&eacute;rique du Nord, les marques Explore, Tolerant et Banza offrent ces produits.<\/li><li><strong>Oignons verts &ndash;<\/strong> je trouve qu'ils apportent une saveur sucr&eacute;e et conf&egrave;rent un contraste de couleur.<\/li><li><strong>Ma&iuml;s &ndash;<\/strong> les &eacute;pis de ma&iuml;s frais ont &eacute;t&eacute; utilis&eacute;s dans leur enti&egrave;ret&eacute;, les grains comme les &eacute;pis. Quand viendra le temps d&rsquo;&eacute;grainer le ma&iuml;s, tiens-le debout dans une assiette &agrave; bords pour pour que tu ne retrouves pas avec des grains tout partout (tu verras de quoi je parle tout &agrave; l&rsquo;heure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Beurre non laitier non-sal&eacute; &ndash;<\/strong> Il existe plusieurs sortes sur le march&eacute;. Beaucoup se fient au Earth Balance pour imiter le go&ucirc;t et la texture du beurre. Cependant, d&rsquo;autres marques font concurrence &agrave; celle-ci. J&rsquo;ai tout r&eacute;cemment d&eacute;couvert la marque de Miyoko&rsquo;s Creamery, et c&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai utilis&eacute;. D&rsquo;ailleurs, contrairement &agrave; la marque populaire, celle-ci n&rsquo;utilise pas d&rsquo;huile de palme,<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/life-style\/palm-oil-health-impact-environment-animals-deforestation-heart-a8505521.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;responsable de la d&eacute;forestation, de la destruction des habitats d&rsquo;animaux et potentiellement des changements climatiques.<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Parmesan v&eacute;g&eacute;talien r&acirc;p&eacute; &ndash;<\/strong> &nbsp;c&rsquo;est rare que j&rsquo;utilise des produits du commerce, mais je me suis assouplie pour obtenir l&rsquo;effet d&eacute;sir&eacute;. Les produits Nafsika&rsquo;s Garden, une marque canadienne, poussaient comme des champignons dans les frigos des &eacute;piceries. Du coup, je me suis essay&eacute;e avec cette marque et j&rsquo;en ai franchement &eacute;t&eacute; ravie.<\/li><li><strong>Jus de citron &ndash;<\/strong> c&rsquo;est ajout&eacute; pour la finition et &ccedil;a vivifie les saveurs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"seasonings-86e58da3-f656-47c5-8683-4b754400eeea\">Les assaisonnements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Basilic &ndash;<\/strong> du basilic frais pour la garniture. Tu peux aussi utiliser de la menthe d&eacute;chiquet&eacute;e.<\/li><li><strong>Flocons de chili &ndash;<\/strong> &ccedil;a apporte un peu de chaleur, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas n&eacute;cessaire, surtout si tu sers ce plat &agrave; des enfants. Cet ingr&eacute;dient peut facilement &ecirc;tre remplac&eacute; par du poivre noir.<\/li><li><strong>Sel et poivre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-les-faire-etape-par-etape\"   >Comment
