Il est ultra moelleux et est beaucoup moins calorique que les versions populaires. Il ne prend que 10 min &agrave; pr&eacute;parer et apr&egrave;s, oublie-le au four pendant 1 h et engouffre une bonne tranche ou deux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/succulentes-courgettes-tomates-basilic\/\">Les courgettes et les tomates<\/a> ne sont pas le seul mariage heureux. Ces cucurbitac&eacute;es se m&ecirc;lent &eacute;galement &agrave; de merveilleuses g&acirc;teries. Cette r&#8203;ecette particuli&egrave;re est tir&eacute;e de James Beard, chef am&eacute;ricain, auteur de livres de cuisine, enseignant et personnalit&eacute; de la t&eacute;l&eacute;vision,<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=en&amp;sl=en&amp;tl=fr&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nytimes.com%2F2020%2F10%2F09%2Fbooks%2Freview%2Fthe-man-who-ate-too-much-john-birdsall.html\"> nomm&eacute; &laquo;&thinsp;doyen de la cuisine am&eacute;ricaine&thinsp;&raquo; par le New York Times<\/a> en 1954.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris connaissance de ce plat il y a quelques ann&eacute;es tandis que je surfais la toile. Quand j&rsquo;ai vu ce nom appara&icirc;tre devant moi sur l&rsquo;&eacute;cran, une dr&ocirc;le de sensation indescriptible m&rsquo;a envahie, une sensation que je peux qu&rsquo;associer aux mots suivants : confusion, s&eacute;duction, r&eacute;v&eacute;lation. Quoi&thinsp;? On peut dissimuler des courgettes dans une p&acirc;tisserie&thinsp;?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu imagines bien le ch&oelig;ur bruyant des cloches retentissant dans ma t&ecirc;te. C&rsquo;&eacute;tait assourdissant, comme lorsqu&rsquo;on se retrouve dans une grande cath&eacute;drale en &eacute;cho pendant que l&rsquo;organiste r&eacute;p&egrave;te.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce pain aux courgettes n&rsquo;est pas si diff&eacute;rent, vraiment, d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/pain-aux-bananes-sans-gluten-avec-eclats-de-cacao\/\">pain aux bananes<\/a> classique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais c&rsquo;est une version plus saine, plus dense &mdash; &eacute;tant donn&eacute; l&rsquo;utilisation de la farine int&eacute;grale plut&ocirc;t que de la farine blanche &mdash; sans sacrifier le tendret&eacute;, avec essentiellement de la courgette, du sucre de cocotier et de la cannelle m&eacute;lang&eacute;s &agrave; la p&acirc;te pour la rendre plus int&eacute;ressante. Cette derni&egrave;re conf&egrave;re &eacute;galement une l&eacute;g&egrave;re saveur de noisette. Ou m&ecirc;me de la farine tout usage, mais sache qu'elle est d&eacute;pourvue de nutriments.<\/li><li><strong>Sucre de cocotier.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ce type de&nbsp;<em>cassonade<\/em>&nbsp;est le substitut direct du sucre cristallis&eacute; blanc, ce qui rend g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement la couleur de la cro&ucirc;te plus claire, une teinte &agrave; laquelle les gens sont habitu&eacute;s. Il est fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de la s&egrave;ve pr&eacute;sente dans les bourgeons floraux du cocotier. Consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme un sucre naturel, il implique un traitement minimal et aucun produit chimique n'est utilis&eacute;. Le sirop d'&eacute;rable fonctionnera &eacute;galement pour obtenir la m&ecirc;me profondeur de saveur. Je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re ne pas utiliser de sucre blanc raffin&eacute;.<\/li><li><strong>Graines de lin.<\/strong>Tu peux choisir celles de couleur brun ou dor&eacute;. Cela ne changera rien. Ach&egrave;te-les enti&egrave;res pour les conserver plus longtemps (tu les mouleras apr&egrave;s) ou d&eacute;j&agrave; moulues. Quand c'est  m&eacute;lang&eacute; &agrave; de l'eau, &ccedil;a agit comme substitut d'&oelig;ufs. Les graines de chia feront la m&ecirc;me chose.<\/li><li><strong>Huile v&eacute;g&eacute;tale.<\/strong> Je ne parle pas du truc de basse qualit&eacute; avec toutes sortes d&rsquo;huiles m&eacute;lang&eacute;es. Ici, je veux dire une huile au go&ucirc;t neutre, comme l'huile de canola (colza), e tournesol, ou de p&eacute;pins de raisin.<\/li><li><strong>Courgettes.<\/strong> Prends-les pas &eacute;normes (pas miniatures non plus), lustr&eacute;es et sans meurtrissures. Quelque chose de moins de 15-17 cm (6-7 pouces) de long et d&rsquo;environ 1,5 cm (1 pouce) de diam&egrave;tre est id&eacute;al. Les jeunes courgettes, ayant bien pouss&eacute;, sont habituellement plus d&eacute;sirables en raison de leur peau compacte, de leurs petits p&eacute;pins, de leur tendret&eacute; et de leur douceur.<\/li><li><strong>Cannelle. <\/strong>Pour un go&ucirc;t exceptionnel, prends la cannelle de Ceylan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<a href=\"#wprm-recipe-container-90542\" data-recipe=\"90542\" style=\"color: #333333;\" class=\"wprm-recipe-jump wprm-recipe-link wprm-jump-to-recipe-shortcode wprm-block-text-normal\">Voir la fiche technique pour conna&icirc;tre les quantit&eacute;s exactes.<\/a>\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-group feast-box-secondary\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3><strong><strong>De simples substitutions et ajouts<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Eau.<\/strong> Tu peux ajouter un lait non laitier, comme du lait de riz, d&rsquo;avoine ou de soja ou m&ecirc;me, un <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/lait-damande-satisfaisant\/\">lait d'amandes fait maison<\/a>, de noix pacanes ou de Grenoble.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Huile v&eacute;g&eacute;tale.<\/strong> Le beurre v&eacute;g&eacute;talien peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement utilis&eacute;. Dans ce cas, le ramollir.&nbsp;L'huile de coco fondu aussi. Certaines personnes remplace compl&egrave;tement l'huile par de la compote de pomme, mais c'est bon d'avoir un m&eacute;lange d'une graisse en liquide, puisque l'huile apporte de la tendret&eacute;.<\/li><li><strong>Sucre de cocotier.<\/strong> Remplace-le par du sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable, de sirop d&rsquo;agave, du sucre de canne, de la cassonade ou un &eacute;dulcorant moins calorique comme de l&rsquo;&eacute;rythritol ou du xylitol. Ceux-ci ont tendance &agrave; &ecirc;tre moins sucr&eacute;s, cependant. Vous pouvez &eacute;galement m&eacute;langer deux types d'&eacute;dulcorants. Tu peux aussi m&eacute;langer deux types d&rsquo;&eacute;dulcorant.<\/li><li><strong>Farine int&eacute;grale.<\/strong> Fais un pain aux courgettes v&eacute;g&eacute;talien sans gluten en mettant de la farine sans gluten ou de la farine d&rsquo;amande &agrave; la place. Ou rends-la encore plus l&eacute;g&egrave;re avec de la farine tout usage blanche non blanchie.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Cannelle.<\/strong> Diminue la quantit&eacute; de cannelle et compense avec de la muscade.<\/li><li><strong>Noix de Grenoble.<\/strong> Les pacanes (noix de p&eacute;can) vont tr&egrave;s bien avec cette recette aussi.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-realiser-ce-pain-aux-courgettes-pas-a-pas\"   >Comment r&eacute;aliser ce pain aux courgettes pas &agrave; pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette commence par la pr&eacute;paration des &oelig;ufs de lin. Pendant qu&rsquo;il prend, tu r&acirc;pes la courgette &#9312;.
