En ajoutant de la citrouille&thinsp;! Le go&ucirc;t de la citrouille est d&eacute;licat et la texture a &eacute;t&eacute; respect&eacute;e avec soin : <strong>moelleuse<\/strong>, <strong>super fondante<\/strong>, tr&egrave;s <strong>chocolat&eacute;e<\/strong>, mais marbr&eacute;e d&rsquo;un tourbillon de <strong>cr&egrave;me de citrouille &eacute;pic&eacute;<\/strong>. Honn&ecirc;tement, je suis une meilleure cuisini&egrave;re que p&acirc;tissi&egrave;re, alors quand j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id&eacute;e de m&rsquo;aventurer dans un entremet excentrique, il fallait que &ccedil;a soit aussi imm&eacute;diat que glisser mes pieds dans des bottillons larges sans lacets ni glissi&egrave;res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bon, je ne vais pas susciter un d&eacute;bat sur la texture de ces brownies, s&rsquo;ils devraient &ecirc;tre semblables &agrave; un g&acirc;teau ou fondants (je r&eacute;serve cela pour un autre jour), mais je dirais qu&rsquo;ils penchent davantage vers le dernier cas. Ils sont aussi <strong>jouissifs<\/strong> que mes <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/exquisite-no-bake-chocolate-mousse\/\">brownies sans cuisson &agrave; base de dattes<\/a>, lesquels imitent merveilleusement bien la texture <strong>gluante<\/strong> classique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tout cas, ces brownies v&eacute;ganes sont pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s de fa&ccedil;on d&eacute;concertante, mais ravissante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ruisseaux de cr&egrave;me &agrave; la citrouille, fig&eacute;s, douillettement nich&eacute;s dans la cro&ucirc;te brune, ont rapidement activ&eacute; mes glandes salivaires. Plus tard, j&rsquo;ai compris pourquoi ces petits g&acirc;teaux carr&eacute;s <strong>mettent &agrave; l&rsquo;eau &agrave; la bouche<\/strong> &agrave; la vue<strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque morceau croqu&eacute; fond sur la langue avec un flot de chocolat <strong>&agrave; la saveur de beurre<\/strong>, additionn&eacute;e d&rsquo;une note de caf&eacute;. Le brownie est <strong>riche<\/strong>, <strong>fondant<\/strong> et avec une <strong>touche &eacute;pic&eacute;e<\/strong> parfaite &eacute;voquant la chaleur des Cara&iuml;bes. Ou m&ecirc;me de la farine tout usage, mais sache qu'elle est d&eacute;pourvue de nutriments.<\/li><li><strong>Sucre de cocotier.<\/strong> Ce type de <em>cassonade<\/em> est le substitut direct du sucre cristallis&eacute; blanc, ce qui rend g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement la couleur de la cro&ucirc;te plus claire, une teinte &agrave; laquelle les gens sont habitu&eacute;s. Il est fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de la s&egrave;ve pr&eacute;sente dans les bourgeons floraux du cocotier. Consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme un sucre naturel, il implique un traitement minimal et aucun produit chimique n'est utilis&eacute;. Le sirop d'&eacute;rable fonctionnera &eacute;galement pour obtenir la m&ecirc;me profondeur de saveur. Je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re ne pas utiliser de sucre raffin&eacute;.<\/li><li><strong>Beurre v&eacute;g&eacute;talien. <\/strong>Ma marque de pr&eacute;dilection est <em>Miyoko&rsquo;s cultured vegan butter<\/em> (je la consid&egrave;re comme plus &eacute;cologique, car elle ne contient pas d&rsquo;huile de palme), mais je sais que plusieurs pr&eacute;f&egrave;rent le go&ucirc;t de la marque Earth Balance. On peut &eacute;galement utiliser de la margarine ou de l&rsquo;huile de noix de coco.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Pur&eacute;e de citrouille.<\/strong> Je me la suis procur&eacute;e en conserve pour une question de rapidit&eacute;. Assure-toi que ce n&rsquo;est pas de la garniture pour tarte &agrave; citrouille et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a que de la citrouille. Autrement, la faire maison est tr&egrave;s possible. Tu fais bouillir la chair de citrouille apr&egrave;s l&rsquo;avoir &eacute;pluch&eacute;e ou r&ocirc;tir tout enti&egrave;re et pr&eacute;l&egrave;ves la chair, puis tu la r&eacute;duis en pur&eacute;e (la courge musqu&eacute;e ou la courge Hokkaido peuvent &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement utilis&eacute;es &agrave; cette fin).&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Extrait de vanille. <\/strong>Assure-toi qu&rsquo;elle est naturelle (pas le truc artificiel).<\/li><li><strong>Poudre de cacao.<\/strong> Je l&rsquo;aime pour ses propri&eacute;t&eacute;s nutritives (superaliment riche en magn&eacute;sium, entre autres). Tu peux &eacute;galement utiliser du chocolat fondu. La poudre de coco fera aussi l&rsquo;affaire. Psst&thinsp;! La poudre de caroube peut couper l&rsquo;amertume de cacao si tu trouves &ccedil;a trop intense.<\/li><li><strong>L&eacute;cithine de soja. <\/strong>Tu peux la trouver sous forme liquide ou en poudre. Je l'ai utilis&eacute;e dans la premi&egrave;re forme. La l&eacute;cithine de tournesol est une bonne alternative, mais elle pourrait donner un go&ucirc;t de tournesol. Cet ingr&eacute;dient est facultatif, mais ne l'ignore pas. &Ccedil;a a rendu les brownies <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">exceptionnellement<\/span><\/em> fondants.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Yogourt v&eacute;g&eacute;talien.<\/strong><\/strong> J&rsquo;ai utilis&eacute; du yogourt de noix de coco. Nature ou &agrave; la vanille, peu importe.<\/li><li><strong>&Eacute;pices pour tarte &agrave; la citrouille<\/strong>. Tu peux acheter cet assortiment d&rsquo;&eacute;pices pr&eacute;m&eacute;lang&eacute; pour plus de facilit&eacute;. J&rsquo;ai pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute; faire le mien pour me rappeler les saveurs des Cara&iuml;bes avec de la cannelle, du gingembre, de la muscade, du piment de la Jama&iuml;que et des clous de girofle. Je recommande de faire un rapport de 4 : 1 avec la cannelle en avant-sc&egrave;ne, car c&rsquo;est elle, la chanteuse principale&thinsp;; les autres &eacute;pices sont les choristes&thinsp;!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<a href=\"#wprm-recipe-container-91147\" data-recipe=\"91147\" style=\"color: #333333;\" class=\"wprm-recipe-jump wprm-recipe-link wprm-jump-to-recipe-shortcode wprm-block-text-normal\">Aller &agrave; la fiche-technique pour conna&icirc;tre les quantit&eacute;s exactes. <\/a>\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#d9b1ad\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 id=\"h-de-simples-substitutions-et-ajouts\"><strong><strong>De simples substitutions et ajouts<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Fais deux g&acirc;teaux pour le prix d&rsquo;un.<\/strong> Incruste du fromage &agrave; la cr&egrave;me v&eacute;g&eacute;talien ou de la cr&egrave;me de cajou &agrave; la place du yogourt. &Ccedil;a conf&egrave;re un &eacute;l&eacute;ment cr&eacute;meux et acidul&eacute; et produira un genre de brownies au g&acirc;teau au fromage &agrave; la citrouille.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Augmente le niveau de jouissance<\/strong>. Oui, oui&thinsp;! Ajoute 1 tasse de p&eacute;pites de chocolat et tu auras des brownies &agrave; la citrouille avec p&eacute;pites de chocolat.<\/li><li><strong>Mets du croquant<\/strong>. Ajoute 1 tasse de noix de Grenoble hach&eacute;es ou d&rsquo;arachides concass&eacute;es (cacahu&egrave;tes).<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f7f7f7\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 id=\"h-petit-coin-pour-les-regimes-speciaux\"><strong><strong>Petit coin pour les r&eacute;gimes sp&eacute;ciaux<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Concocte des brownies sans gluten. <\/strong>Remplace la farine de bl&eacute; par de la farine dans gluten, d&rsquo;avoine ou d&rsquo;amande (la texture sera agr&eacute;ablement moins dense).&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Fais des brownies faibles en calories.<\/strong> Pour ce faire, remplace la portion de graisses par la compote de pomme.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Soulage ta digestion avec des brownies faibles en FODMAP. <\/strong>1) remplace le sucre de cocotier par du xylitol ou de l&rsquo;&eacute;rythrithol&thinsp;; 2) enl&egrave;ve la compote de pomme et compense sa portion par la pur&eacute;e de citrouille&thinsp;; tout devrait fonctionner. De toute fa&ccedil;on, cette derni&egrave;re n&rsquo;appara&icirc;t pas dans la plupart des recettes que j&rsquo;ai compar&eacute;es sur l&rsquo;intertoile.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comment-faire-ce-plat-pas-a-pas\"   >Comment faire ce plat pas &agrave; pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant d&rsquo;entrer dans le vif du sujet, on doit passer par les phases pr&eacute;liminaires. J&rsquo;ajoute de l&rsquo;eau au lin moulu, je le m&eacute;lange bien et je le laisse reposer quelques minutes de sorte qu&rsquo;il se g&eacute;lifie. Ensuite, je verse la p&acirc;te dans le moule pr&eacute;alablement pr&eacute;par&eacute;. &Agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill&egrave;re, je cr&eacute;e des &laquo;&thinsp;lits&thinsp;&raquo; ou neuf &agrave; douze trous, si tu veux, pour arbriter la cr&egrave;me de citrouille &#9317;. Je mets la p&acirc;te pr&eacute;lev&eacute;e de c&ocirc;t&eacute;. Apr&egrave;s, il suffit de prendre une cuiller&eacute;e de la cr&egrave;me &agrave; la citrouille et de la nicher dans les foss&eacute;s &#9318;. Ensuite, avec une baguette, je fais des traces verticales en traversant chaque poches de haut en bas ou je le fais librement, cr&eacute;ant des tourbillons. Je retransf&egrave;re la p&acirc;te &agrave; brownie retir&eacute;e dans le tourbillon de citrouille et je continue de tourbillonner !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l&rsquo;humble &oelig;uvre d&rsquo;art accomplie, je mets le tout au four, que je cuis pendant 35 &agrave; 40 minutes. Pour savoir si le m&eacute;ga brownie est pr&ecirc;t, apr&egrave;s l&rsquo;avoir sorti du four, j&rsquo;ins&egrave;re un cure-dent et v&eacute;rifie qu&rsquo;il en ressort avec des petites miettes humides. Dans l&rsquo;affirmative, je le laisser refroidir sur une grille de refroidissement pendant quelques minutes, puis apr&egrave;s, je passe &agrave; la partie excitante&thinsp;!
