Au mois d&rsquo;ao&ucirc;t et de septembre, ils sont abondants et &agrave; bon march&eacute;, donc c&rsquo;est le temps de s&rsquo;en approvisionner et de les surgeler par la suite. C&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;ai pu pr&eacute;parer mon <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/cobbler-aux-bleuets-vegetalien-sain\/\">crumble aux bleuets<\/a> tous les jours m&rsquo;emballerait.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoique&hellip; on pourrait en manger le matin. Naaan, pas le matin, voyons. &Agrave; vrai dire, piquer ma fourchette dans des <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/crepes-suzette-flavored-with-orange-and-grand-marnier\/\">cr&ecirc;pes<\/a> tartin&eacute;es avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/confiture-fraise-rhubarbe\/\">confiture de baies<\/a> tous les jours m&rsquo;emballerait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quand on est la bourre, comme je le suis si souvent, pratiquement tous les matins, les muffins l&rsquo;emportent sur toute la ligne. On peut les cuisiner dans un demi-sommeil et <strong>les becter ais&eacute;ment sur le pouce<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne te pr&eacute;sente pas une recette barbante de muffins aux bleuets. L&rsquo;addition des p&eacute;pites de chocolat les rend, oh, si <strong>d&eacute;sirables<\/strong> ! Comportant essentiellement des ingr&eacute;dients sains, ils fournissent la bonne dose d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces muffins <strong>sains<\/strong> se m&acirc;chent de bon c&oelig;ur en d&eacute;pit de la farine int&eacute;grale. La mie n&rsquo;est pas trop sucr&eacute;e et est l&eacute;g&egrave;rement <strong>d&rsquo;un go&ucirc;t de caramel<\/strong>. Elle est invraisemblablement <strong>tendre<\/strong>, <strong>humide<\/strong> et solide, mais pas lourde. Et si tu les manges pendant qu'elles sont chaudes, tu constateras que leur d&ocirc;me dor&eacute;, perc&eacute; de <strong>bleuets &eacute;clat&eacute;s<\/strong> <strong>juteux<\/strong> et de chocolat brun, est &eacute;tincelant et lisse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite viennent le chocolat qui fond sur la langue, comme le fait la neige sous le soleil ardent, et chaque baie qui ne lib&egrave;re son jus que lorsqu&rsquo;elle rencontre les dents. Il est fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de la s&egrave;ve pr&eacute;sente dans les boutons floraux du cocotier. Consid&eacute;r&eacute; comme un sucre naturel, il implique un traitement minimum et aucun produit chimique n&rsquo;est utilis&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Lait non laitier.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai arr&ecirc;t&eacute; mon choix sur du lait de soja non sucr&eacute; pour son apport en prot&eacute;ines. En l'occurrence, toute autre boisson v&eacute;g&eacute;tale ira (lait d&rsquo;amande non-sucr&eacute;, lait d&rsquo;avoine, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>Extrait de vanille. <\/strong>Stp, stp, prends le produit naturel et non l&rsquo;essence ou ce truc artificiel.<\/li><li><strong>Huile v&eacute;g&eacute;tale<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai utilis&eacute; de l&rsquo;huile de coco fondu, mais si tu pr&eacute;f&egrave;res quelque chose de neutre opte pour de l&rsquo;huile de canola ou de tournesol (pas les horribles huiles v&eacute;g&eacute;tales &agrave; base de graines de coton ou de soja, comme la Crisco, tr&egrave;s probablement g&eacute;n&eacute;tiquement modifi&eacute;es). L&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive fonctionne &agrave; merveille.<\/li><li><strong>P&eacute;pites de chocolat.<\/strong> J&rsquo;aime le chocolat &agrave; 70 %.<\/li><li><strong>Bleuets. <\/strong>J&rsquo;en ai pris des frais, mais des bleuets surgel&eacute;s fonctionnent aussi. Bio ou pas, &ccedil;a ne d&eacute;range pas. Quoique la plupart des baies vendues dans les commerces soient recouvertes de r&eacute;sidus, &agrave; savoir d&rsquo;insecticides, les bleuets sont ceux qui en ont le moins.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<a href=\"#wprm-recipe-container-92805\" data-recipe=\"92805\" style=\"color: #333333;\" class=\"wprm-recipe-jump wprm-recipe-link wprm-jump-to-recipe-shortcode wprm-block-text-normal\">Voir la fiche de recette pour conna&icirc;tre les quantit&eacute;s exactes.<\/a>\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-group feast-box-secondary\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h2 id=\"de-simples-substitutions-et-ajouts\"   >De simples substitutions et ajouts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Rends la mie encore plus l&eacute;g&egrave;re avec de la farine blanche.<\/strong> Ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours mon meilleur choix, car elle est d&eacute;pouill&eacute;e de ses nutriments, mais si tu le pr&eacute;f&egrave;res, elle donnera une texture plus moelleuse, et les muffins seront d&rsquo;une couleur plus p&acirc;le.<\/li><li><strong>Dope le go&ucirc;t caram&eacute;lis&eacute; avec un autre &eacute;dulcorant fonc&eacute;.<\/strong> Ici, je ne parle pas de la cassonade, &agrave; savoir du sucre blanc d&eacute;guis&eacute; par la m&eacute;lasse, mais quelque chose comme du sucre Turbinado ou Moscovado ou du jus de canne &eacute;vapor&eacute;, par exemple. Le sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable est une bonne id&eacute;e.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Interchange les bleuets contre d&rsquo;autres baies.<\/strong> Des framboises, des fraises ou des canneberges s&rsquo;y incrusteraient bien &agrave; la place des bleuets.<\/li><li><strong>Parfume la p&acirc;te avec un peu de zeste, de jus ou d'extrait de citron<\/strong>. Par la suite, je suis la m&ecirc;me cadence avec les ingr&eacute;dients mouill&eacute;s &#9313;.
