Elles sont <strong>sucr&eacute;es<\/strong> et <strong>&eacute;pic&eacute;es<\/strong> et m&eacute;lang&eacute;es dans une sauce mayo &eacute;pic&eacute;e cr&eacute;meuse. Elles <strong>explosent de saveur en bouche<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu n&rsquo;aimes pas &ccedil;a trop piquant&thinsp;? Pas de soucis, cette recette de chou-fleur pan&eacute; est <strong>super adaptable<\/strong>. On peut jouer avec la sriracha et la sauce chili. J&rsquo;ai donc accueilli, malgr&eacute; moi, la venue de l&rsquo;automne en rapportant une t&ecirc;te noueuse et nacr&eacute;e de l&rsquo;&eacute;picerie. Je l&rsquo;ai d&eacute;coup&eacute;e en petits morceaux, j&rsquo;ai pan&eacute; et enrob&eacute; ces derniers d&rsquo;une <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sauce savoureuse<\/mark><\/strong> et <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">inou&iuml;e<\/mark><\/strong>. C&rsquo;est peut-&ecirc;tre <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">la pr&eacute;paration de l&eacute;gumes la plus d&eacute;licieuse jamais con&ccedil;ue<\/mark><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici une fa&ccedil;on astucieuse de d&eacute;guiser ce l&eacute;gume d&eacute;sh&eacute;rit&eacute; pour les r&eacute;sistants qui l&rsquo;ignorent ou le d&eacute;testent carr&eacute;ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat se rapproche beaucoup des <a href=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/fr\/ailes-de-chou-fleur-buffalo-vege\/\">ailes de chou-fleur enrob&eacute;es de sauce Buffalo<\/a>. Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;&eacute;tait avec la sauce Bang Bang. Il &eacute;tait bien temps que je me lance dans une autre fa&ccedil;on d&rsquo;appr&ecirc;ter cette crucif&eacute;rac&eacute;e blanche. On peut attribuer la cr&eacute;ation de cette sauce piquante au restaurant am&eacute;ricain Bonefish Grill avec ses crevettes Bang Bang, alias crevettes dynamite. Elle est bel et bien explosive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autres ont int&eacute;gr&eacute; cette sauce cr&eacute;meuse et piquante dans leur menu, tels que Wagamama, la cha&icirc;ne britannique de restaurants sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;e dans la cuisine asiatique et plus pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment japonaise. Je crois bien qu&rsquo;ils ont cr&eacute;&eacute; le plat que je te pr&eacute;sente aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, le chou-fleur est l&rsquo;ingr&eacute;dient parfait pour feindre le poulet quand il est enrob&eacute; de p&acirc;te et d&rsquo;une sauce sal&eacute;e et sombre, puis quand il est cuit au four. Il a une excellente <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">texture dense<\/mark><\/strong>, mais <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#d9b1ad\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">un peu tendre<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong>, et <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">charnue<\/mark>.<\/strong> Il est un bon canevas pour recevoir toutes sortes de mati&egrave;res colorantes, cr&eacute;meuses et succulentes. Sa cro&ucirc;te est <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">voluptueuse, agr&eacute;ment&eacute;e d&rsquo;ail<\/mark><\/strong> et <mark style=\"background-color:#f4e6e4\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>l&eacute;g&egrave;rement acidul&eacute;<\/strong>e<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est mille fois mieux que les graisses satur&eacute;es et trans retrouv&eacute;es dans le poulet frit, qui risquent de boucher les art&egrave;res (&agrave; moins que &ccedil;a ne t&rsquo;angoisse pas du tout). Du poulet Bang Bang qui fait pan&thinsp;! pan&thinsp;! &agrave; l&rsquo;int&eacute;rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant &agrave; moi, j&rsquo;ai gob&eacute; chaque morceau avec joie avec qui&eacute;tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-met-on-dedans\"   >Que met-on dedans&thinsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Chou-fleur-Bang-Bang-MEP.jpg\" alt=\"Ingr&eacute;dients du chou-fleur Bang Bang &eacute;tal&eacute;s sur une surface.\" class=\"wp-image-93263\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/bitingintolife.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Chou-fleur-Bang-Bang-MEP.jpg\"><figcaption>Ce plat n&eacute;cessite cinq ingr&eacute;dients pour la sauce et huit pour paner le chou-fleur<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Notes sur quelques ingr&eacute;dients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Chou-fleur.<\/strong> Choisis-en un qui est ferme avec des fleurons compacts&thinsp;; les feuilles devraient &ecirc;tre fra&icirc;ches et vertes sans signe de jaunissement.<\/li><li><strong>Lait non-laitier.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai pris du lait d&rsquo;avoine au lieu du lait d&rsquo;amandes utilis&eacute; dans la plupart des recettes en ligne. Le premier a un go&ucirc;t plus neutre que le deuxi&egrave;me.<\/li><li><strong>Assaisonnements et &eacute;pices.<\/strong> Ail frais et en poudre, oignon en poudre.<\/li><li><strong>Mayo v&eacute;g&eacute;talienne. <\/strong>Je me suis procur&eacute; un produit du commerce, mais honn&ecirc;tement, on peut la faire facilement de toutes pi&egrave;ces. Elle peut &ecirc;tre &agrave; base de lait de soja (ou d&rsquo;aquafaba), &agrave; base de tofu soyeux ou &agrave; base de noix de cajou. On y ajoute de l&rsquo;huile, de la moutarde, du citron ou du vinaigre de cidre de pomme et un &eacute;dulcorant.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Sauces piquantes.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai opt&eacute; pour un m&eacute;lange de sauce chili tha&iuml;e sucr&eacute;e avec de la sauce sriracha. On peut &eacute;galement m&eacute;langer de la sauce sambal oelek avec du sriracha et un &eacute;dulcorant naturel.<\/li><li><strong>Citron vert.<\/strong> Il conf&egrave;re l&rsquo;acidit&eacute;. Le citron ordinaire ou une autre base acide ira aussi (par exemple, le vinaigre de cidre de pomme ou le vinaigre de riz).<\/li><li><strong>Chapelure Panko. <\/strong>C&rsquo;est de la chapelure japonaise. Dans ce cas, il faudra enrober un autre l&eacute;gume de sauce Bam Bam (contenant l&rsquo;asafoetida &agrave; la place de l&rsquo;ail et de l&rsquo;oignon). Je pourrais les d&eacute;gster tels qu'ils sont ici et garder la sauce s&eacute;par&eacute;e, mais je continue avec l'&eacute;tape suivante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je les plonge dans la sauce Bang Bang &#9317;, en enrobant bien chaque morceau &#9318;. La p&acirc;te doit &ecirc;tre suffisamment &eacute;paisse pour enrober le chou-fleur et y adh&eacute;rer, mais pas trop &eacute;paisse. Si la p&acirc;te est trop liquide, y ajouter une autre cuill&egrave;re de farine. Si la p&acirc;te est trop &eacute;paisse, la diluer avec un peu de liquide, donc, ici, du lait &agrave; base v&eacute;g&eacute;tale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Il est inutile de courir pour tout recouvrir<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque tu enduis le chou-fleur de Panko, fais-le un morceau &agrave; la fois. Tu veux t&rsquo;assurer que chaque morceau est uniform&eacute;ment recouvert. Si tu ajoutes plusieurs morceaux de chou-fleur &agrave; la fois dans le bol de chapelure Panko, tu risques de manquer certains endroits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Une notion importante avant de mettre la sauce piquante<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manipuler d&eacute;licatement les morceaux de chou-fleur pour &eacute;viter que la p&acirc;te ou la chapelure se d&eacute;colle. Les enrober de sauce seulement au moment de servir. Sinon, ils ne seront pas croustillants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La bonne temp&eacute;rature donne la bonne texture&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;assurer que le four est bien chaud avant de cuire les bouch&eacute;es de chou-fleur. De 425 &agrave; 450 &deg;F est parfait pour mon four. D&eacute;pendant du mod&egrave;le, il faudra peut-&ecirc;tre ajuster l&eacute;g&egrave;rement le temps de cuisson.
