C&rsquo;est un assaisonnement sal&eacute; populaire utilis&eacute; dans la cuisine asiatique, en particulier dans les saut&eacute;s. Cela donne un go&ucirc;t riche et savoureux aux plats qui plaisent &agrave; beaucoup de gens. Tu enveloppes le tofu dans du papier essuie-tout ou des torchons, le places entre deux planches &agrave; d&eacute;couper et mets des objets hyper lourds (comme une pile de livres pesants bien &eacute;quilibr&eacute;s) sur le dessus. Apr&egrave;s, tu attends 15 &agrave; 20 minutes et &agrave; la fin, tu nettoies le liquide qui en sort.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que je faisais cela avant, depuis que j&rsquo;ai d&eacute;couvert la presse &agrave; tofu, ma vie a chang&eacute;. C&rsquo;est tellement plus simple et moins casse-cou (enfin, pour mes pauvres livres de cuisine et mon Petit Robert).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Plus les morceaux seront menus, mieux le plat sera bien re&ccedil;u&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La petite taille des morceaux de l&rsquo;ingr&eacute;dient principal (ici, le tofu et les champignons) caract&eacute;rise r&eacute;ellement le sisig. Donc, il faut prendre le temps de couper ces deux ingr&eacute;dients, surtout, en cubes de 1 cm (&frac12; pouce) ou moins si possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Les p&eacute;pins du piment fort peuvent &ecirc;tre un inconfort ou un r&eacute;confort<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux d&eacute;cider de la puissance de la capsa&iuml;cine diffus&eacute;e dans le sisig de tofu. Pour une chaleur plut&ocirc;t faible, il faut bien &eacute;p&eacute;piner les piments et les d&eacute;pouiller de leurs nervures. Pour une intensit&eacute; on ne peut plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e, les conserver.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avertissement&thinsp;!<\/strong> Les huiles de piments peuvent demeurer sur les doigts et irriter les parties sensibles dot&eacute;es de muqueuses, telles que les yeux. Mettre des gants si possible lors de la d&eacute;coupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>L&rsquo;&eacute;quipement essentiel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Presse &agrave; tofu (facultatif). <\/strong>Tu peux presser ton tofu &agrave; la main ou te servir <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Uq5JPc\" rel=\"nofollow\">de cet appareil<\/a> g&eacute;nial.<\/li><li><strong>Cuill&egrave;res &agrave; mesurer. <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Petit bol &agrave; m&eacute;langer. <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Bols &agrave; m&eacute;langer, petit et moyen.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3pDSs9q\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>Couteau de chef, 8 po<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>Le mien<strong> <\/strong>est un couteau japonais muni de fossettes de la marque Mac.
