Les morceaux doivent &ecirc;tre suffisamment &eacute;pais pour ne pas se d&eacute;faire pendant la cuisson, mais pas trop &eacute;pais non plus pour que la cuisson soit rapide et uniforme. Des morceaux d'environ 1 &agrave; 2 cm de diam&egrave;tre sont une bonne taille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>De l'huile en quantit&eacute; suffisante, pour les rendre dor&eacute;s.<\/em><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Pour que les l&eacute;gumes soient dor&eacute;s et croustillants, utiliser suffisamment d'huile. Cela permet &eacute;galement d'emp&ecirc;cher les l&eacute;gumes de coller &agrave; la plaque de cuisson. Une temp&eacute;rature de cuisson mod&eacute;r&eacute;e permet aux l&eacute;gumes de cuire lentement et uniform&eacute;ment, en les rendant croustillants et dor&eacute;s &agrave; l'ext&eacute;rieur, tout en restant tendres &agrave; l'int&eacute;rieur. Une temp&eacute;rature de 200&deg;C &agrave; 220&deg;C&nbsp; pendant environ 30 &agrave; 45 minutes est recommand&eacute;e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>De la patience, un peu de cl&eacute;mence, pour des l&eacute;gumes tendres en jouissance.<\/em><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Les l&eacute;gumes doivent cuire lentement pour qu'ils soient tendres et savoureux. Sois patient&middot;e et laisse-les cuire suffisamment longtemps pour qu'ils soient bien cuits et dor&eacute;s.
