Et je comprends ta frustration. Tu veux manger sainement sans passer des heures en cuisine et surtout sans compromettre le go&ucirc;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est pourquoi cette recette de curry aux lentilles et aux pois chiches est la solution id&eacute;ale pour toi. Les lentilles fran&ccedil;aises de Puy ou les lentilles brunes sont interchangeables ici. Tous les types de lentilles le sont.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&Eacute;pices et assaisonnements.<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit essentiellement d&rsquo;ail frais, d&rsquo;oignon rouge et de gingembre frais avec une combinaison d&rsquo;&eacute;pices sud-asiatiques, comme le cumin, la coriandre, le piment indien et le garam masala. (Ce dernier est un m&eacute;lange de cardamome, de cannelle, de muscade, d&rsquo;anis &eacute;toil&eacute;, de clou de girofle, de fenouil, plus des &eacute;pices pr&eacute;c&eacute;demment mentionn&eacute;es).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates.<\/strong> Pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; pratique, j&rsquo;ai opt&eacute; pour une bonne qualit&eacute; de tomates en d&eacute;s en conserve. Mais ouais, prends des tomates fra&icirc;ches et en d&eacute;s ou de la p&acirc;te tomate si d&eacute;sir&eacute;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lait de coco entier.<\/strong> Je recommande<strong> <\/strong>de prendre du lait de coco ou de la cr&egrave;me de coco en conserve plut&ocirc;t que du lait de coco frais. Les deux sont plus &eacute;pais et donnent une texture plus cr&eacute;meuse et une saveur plus riche. Tu peux utiliser du lait de coco l&eacute;ger, mais cela r&eacute;duira la teneur en mati&egrave;res grasses du plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pois chiches. <\/strong>J&rsquo;ai opt&eacute; pour des pois chiches en conserve aussi pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; pratique. Bien s&ucirc;r, tu peux les faire tremper la veille dans de l&rsquo;eau avec un peu de bicarbonate de soude. J&rsquo;aurais pu aussi les laisser tremper dans de l'eau froide pendant quelques heures ou la veille pour les ramollir et am&eacute;liorer leur digestibilit&eacute;, mais quand on est press&eacute;, on n&rsquo;y pense pas, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m&ecirc;me pour les pois chiches. Je poursuis par la suite avec le poivron rouge &#9312;. Apr&egrave;s quelques minutes, je mets les &eacute;pices, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire le cumin, le curry en poudre, le gingembre le piment indien et le sel &#9313;, et laisse chauffer pendant 1 &agrave; 2 minutes pour que les ar&ocirc;mes se diffusent. J&rsquo;ajoute ensuite les tomates en d&eacute;s et le lait de coco &#9314;.
