C&rsquo;est le <strong>parfait substitut de viande<\/strong> ! Les cr&eacute;ateurs ont vraiment r&eacute;ussi &agrave; bien combiner leur m&eacute;thode de cuisson &agrave; leur traitement des saveurs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant &agrave; moi, apr&egrave;s de nombreux essais, j&rsquo;ai enfin produit un pain de soja qui est <strong>caram&eacute;lis&eacute;<\/strong>, prend une <strong>texture d&eacute;licieusement collante<\/strong>, presque <strong>croustillante<\/strong>. Le go&ucirc;t ? Il est riche, intense, profond. Tu peux presque sentir l'ar&ocirc;me sucr&eacute;-sal&eacute; qui se r&eacute;pand dans ta cuisine, entendre le craquement du tempeh dans ta bouche, go&ucirc;ter cette saveur unique.&nbsp;<br>Ce tempeh collant se marie parfaitement avec une belle portion de riz parfum&eacute; et une salade croquante.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand tu verras les assiettes de tes enfants se vider en un rien de temps, tu te diras que ce plat a vraiment quelque chose de magique. Entre-temps, je pr&eacute;pare la marinade, r&acirc;pe le gingembre et hache l&rsquo;ail. Apr&egrave;s 10 minutes de cuisson, j&rsquo;enl&egrave;ve le tempeh du feu, le laisse refroidir dans une assiette et jette l&rsquo;eau.
