01 Honey Olive oil

02 Carrots

03 Coriander seeds Cumin seeds

04 Parnisps

05 Fresh thyme

Lightly toast the spices

Lightly toast the coriander and cumin seeds in a small skillet, stirring occasionally to bring out the nutty flavor. 

Prepare the flavoring

Combine the toasted spices, honey, olive oil, fresh thyme with salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl.

Cut the vegetables

Wash, peel, and cut into long sticks.

Coat the vegetables

Added the root vegetables to the the wet mixture, and stir until well coated. Then roast for 30-45 min.

Serve it hot
