03 Cashew nuts

04 Soy lecithin

Prepare the cashew nuts

If you can, presoak them for 30 min to make them more digestible.

Add water

Blend the cashew nuts with water.

Add the coconut milk

Mix with  the coconut milk or coconut cream.

Make it smoother

Optionally add soy lecithin to make it smoother,
